Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. My Docter red dot fit right on my 35. Plate 1
  2. Will this pouch fit the Springfield XDm magazines correctly?
  3. She has been shooting the XDm and is very happy with it. She drops the mag with her week hand, but can also use her index finger of her strong hand if need be. Thanks everyone for all the options. Special thanks for the video, as she watched it and said that is how I'm going to overcome the short reach and shoot Production Class.
  4. It's not really the grip size as much as it is the location of the Magazine release. Yes some fit better than others, like the feel of an XDm over a Glock, but either way she still cannot reach the release. We watched the video above, and she plans on dropping the mag with her weak hand. Thanks for the comments.
  5. i showed her the video and I think that is the method she is going to use. Thanks all
  6. My wife is showing interest in shooting USPSA, however we have some hurdles to clear. I set up a gun I had laying around with a few simple mods such as trigger pull, grip tape, and an easier to see optic front sight on a Gen 3 model 17. Problem is she cannot reach the mag release due to hand size, but shoots the gun fairly well. She picked up my XDm, and she liked the reach to the trigger better and the grip better than the grip tape on the Glock, but once again she cannot reach the mag release. Are there any other guns out there set up for a small hand? My other thought is for her to just shoot limited class and then I can just put on an oversize mag release. One option I looked at is a Gen 4 Glock, and have her drop the mag with her index finger versus her thumb, but prefer not going this route. Thanks all,
  7. Did you get the info from the website, or do you personally own the pouch for the Caspian/EAA, as Safariland now claims errors on their website. Thanks,

    Glock 24 versus 35

So why does Cabelas have 2 older G24's priced over $850.00, and new ones are less?? Is there something about the older ones that are more desirable?
  9. thanks, I'm sure they are wrong, however i was thinking Safariland merely changes the rubber pieces and it will fit bigger mags such as mine.

    Glock 24 versus 35

purchased the 24 yesterday and ready to shoot it.
  11. I received my pouches yesterday to find that they do not fit my Team Gold Tanfoglio 38 Super mags. However, if i pull out the adjustment screws and rubber spacers, they do fit the formed plastic pouch quit well. By the looks of it all i need is a smaller diameter on the rubber bumpers. Has anyone run across this before? I'm trying to avoid sending the stuff back, as I asked the selller what pouch I needed and this is what they sent. Thanks

    Glock 24 versus 35

A guy has one fore sale locally and may just want to have it for no particular reason. not USPSA.

    Glock 24 versus 35

Both are 40 caliber, so what is the difference? Thanks,
  14. Has anyone tried a Wilson Barrel in their Glock?
