    Glock 34 Trigger

I have never seen anyone shoot a 6# trigger better than a 3# trigger in the same pistol. YMMV

    Glock 34 Trigger

The JG competition trigger in my G45 is about 2 pounds lighter than yours. You need to sell me that awful trigger at a big discount.
  3. If you did not like the JG trigger try a Vanek trigger.
  4. I never cared for the G17L and only own gen 5 Glocks now.
  5. I have been shooting firearms more than 60 years and would probably have 100 firearms if I was rich enough to always buy new and keep my old firearms. Glocks will become unreliable if "You Do Not Know What You Are Doing" Otherwise they should be GTG.
  6. Johnny Glocks or a Vanek Trigger will make you smile.

    Gen 5 Pins

And lubricate the pins before putting them back in the pistol.

    G19 Trigger Work

A 4.5# FPS and a minus connector alone should have reduced your trigger pull weight to approximately 4# which is considered light for a Carry Pistol. What I do depends on what the owner wants and how the pistol is going to be used. Range Only or Carry. Some just want a smoother trigger with a slightly reduced pull weight. Polishing all trigger components improves this feel. For Professional advise talk to someone like Charlie Vanek or Johnny Glocks. Both will talk to you and give you solid advise.

    Gen 5, .40 cal

The Brazilian Police have been running these Gen 5 .40 Glocks hard for more than 2 years.

    G19 Trigger Work

I have worked on more than 100 Glocks and never had one with a heavier pull afterward. Take it to a Glock Armorer and let him/her fix it. A friend brought me a like new Gen 5 Glock recently that Bubba had worked on and the trigger pull weight was 8#. This was going to a range gun only so when I returned it to him the trigger pull was 2# 10 oz.

    Glock 34 Trigger

True but I prefer the reliability of the less expensive Glocks.
  12. I have shot tens of thousands of 124gr. and 147gr. American Eagle with Zero issues in any of my pistols. More than 52, 000 flawless rounds from a Gen 4 G17 before going all Gen 5 Glocks.

    Glock 34 Trigger

I just worked on an older Glock that had a 6# trigger pull. I highly polished all trigger components, installed a Ghost connector, a 5# Wolff FPS and a new OEM trigger spring and it went to 4#. A Gen 5 G45 with highly polished trigger components, a Ghost connector, 4.5# FPS and a lighter safety spring has a 3# 4 oz. trigger pull. I recently installed a Johnny Glocks trigger in a Gen 5 G45 and it had a 2# 10 oz. trigger. All were 10 pull averages.

    Ghost Connector

I just installed a Ghost connector and a 5# FPS and polished all trigger components in an old Glock for a friend. The trigger pull weight was 6# and it is now 4#.
  16. What is "a little magazine"? OEM or aftermarket?
  17. Post a picture of any Gen 5 Glock with finger grooves.
  18. Dumped my 3's when 4's arrived and dumped my 4's when the 5's arrived. Much prefer the Gen 5 Glocks.
  19. A friend brought me a like new Gen 5 Glock today that Bubba had worked on. Heaviest trigger pull either of us has ever seen in a Glock and he owns many. Trigger pull weight was 7# 15oz. I removed everything and installed a Johnny Glocks trigger with a 4.5# FPS and the trigger pull was 2# 10oz. He is a P O S T LEO Firearms Instructor and this will be his Range Only Pistol.
  20. Most on this forum know that already and many on here are Glock Armorers. . Like Cuz said order 100 and see what you get.
  21. Vanek Tuned or Ghost.
  22. Good Luck if you expect to get an OEM minus connector for $5 which slightly more than the cost of shipping.
