    unbuntu

I haven't really played too much with Ubuntu. I have the disks, but don't use it. One plus is that its pretty cheap. There's no downside to trying it out.
  4. I wish I could do that. One day...

6 years is a long time... Congrats
  6. Ok, so this brings up a question. The rifle powder funnel do not expand the neck and instead fits over it, so how does the rifle powder funnel actually "funnel" in powder?
  7. noob is the singular version of newbie with is the shorthand version of someone that is new.
  8. its a micro mark, here is a link to the mill. http://www.micromark.com/MicroLux-High-Precision-Heavy-Duty-R8-Miniature-Milling-Machine,9616.html Ohhh nice, I'm going to check them out
  9. I've got these.... and use most of them (don't really use Google Earth). What's iSiesmo? Can't seem to find it? Units is a decent free converter app, but lacks currency conversions... iPhone 3.0 software will include support for MMS... Plus cut-and-paste, etc. In the meantime, while we're waiting on it, there are a couple of apps out there, but I haven't used them... I also use Dictionaire, Facebook, Twitterific, LDAP Directory, MissingCalc (for computer geeks...), Sol Free, Moonlight lite, Yelp, Light, Skype, Flixster. I bought Shopper - which is an outstanding shopping list application (not just for groceries... it can do just about anything...) The parking apps are "Take Me To My Car" and "iCarPark" - the latter being a $.99, fuller featured version of the former... Just downloaded the free one Also, there's G-park, and probably a couple of others... I'm always looking for useable little toys.... Thanks, I'll be trying out the parking app.
  10. They had to shut down the Playstation Network and have only recently brought it back up.
  11. Great movie. Well, most Jason Statham movies are pretty good.
  12. Thanks, I'm going to try to see it
  13. OMG, they are great. I bought a piano bench but had to return it because it's a factory defect. They told me to just reorder and ship in the defective one and they will re-credit my account. It was hassle free. They called to check up and make sure that everything was in order when my item arrived the second time.
  14. Safest thing is to drive a 20 yr old beater. Fill the inside with old laundry, broken toys, and fast food wrappers, leave the windows open, break the antenna off and insert a coat hanger. Hide the good stuff under a yellowed T-shirt. No one will touch it! BB Hmm, so that's what's hidden in those cars...
