Any good loads for 10mm with Nosler 135 JHP?

I compete is DMR and PRS with an AR and the 77 Scenar-L's shoot lights out in my uppers and that's what I compete with. SMK's where good, but Scenar-L's where better. But boy do you pay for those Scenar-L's!

I own both. Prefer the feel and quality of the CZ TSO, but the Tanfo is so stupid easy to work on that if I were to shoot 25k+ rounds a year I'd probably go with the Tanfo. If you shoot a lot you will be working on the gun.

I won a Witness Hunter 10mm on Gunbroker with a Robar finish and was wondering what weight recoil and hammer springs you guys are using? I was thinking of placing a Wolff order for 18-22 lb recoil springs, 16-17 lb hammer springs, and extractor springs. Plan to shoot factory power 10mm loads. Appreciate any help.

Great informative thread. Planning to buy a TSO 9mm but getting the impression they are coming in the country in small drinks and drabs so I can’t find a reasonably priced new one yet. How is the longevity/lifespan of the mags? A friend told me his feel thin and not very durable.

I'm running a Geissele Hi-Speed NM and ignition has been good with all types of ammo.

I'm using dirty SV ammo, so this is probably the worse case, but mine starts choking after about 100 rounds and needs a thorough cleaning. Which is fine for me because I'm using it to train for DMR matches and I typically only shoot 60-100 rounds per session.

Gen 1 JP here. Using Lapua Midas and Eley Tenex at 100 yards I'm just barely over 1" for 5-shot groups. Using Aquila GE (cheap, but I think no longer made) it's under 2" at 100 yards. Sounds impressive, but then a buddy comes over with a Savage (lots of mods, but stock barrel) and beats me.

I have a JP and Lancer LCH5 handguard I want to upgrade to M-Lok. Not seeing any options above that work. I know Lancer announced they are moving to M-Lok, but no options yet other than M-Lok MPX. Anyone here know something I don't?

I have 250 rounds through the 9mm Tavor. I added an AP Manu comp. Gun already had Geissele Super Sabra in it, and gun does not have Lightning Bow. It digested everything I threw at it, except for super light (and old) Norinco crap I had laying around. The recoil characteristics feel better for 147 grain loads. First shot times were not as slow as I expected (well under a second, can't recall specifics). Splits were low to mid teens at 7-10 yards, and transition times were in the 20's and 30's. Not bad for a gun I am fairly unfamiliar with. Unloaded table starts required some creativity, but my unorthodox solution seems to work (thanks for help Greg!). I suspect reloads will be slow, gotta practice them. Maneuvering the gun behind walls and barrels was slick due to its short length.

Once I priced out building a decent 9mm AR with QC10 receiver set and bolt ($1000+) I started exploring other options. Some of us already own a Tavor, and kits are to be had on Gunbroker for $580; cheap way for me to get in to PCC and have fun. On close-in work I find my Tavor swings target to target wayyy faster than an AR, in fact Miculek commented about it on one of his YouTube vids. To each his own I guess.

I shot PPC for the first time this weekend with a friend's MPX and loved it! Shot my first ever 100% classifier with it. Promptly went home and ordered a 9mm conversion kit for Tavor, so I'll let you know how it works out. Someone on Gunbroker has factory sampled conversion kits for $580.
