  4. Does the gun craft trigger have a tab on the front for taking out take-up (pre-travel)? Or did you cut it and bend it yourself? I can't find a good picture that shows it having one. No tab- you would have to cut one.
  5. I know the Wide Billet fits in a Para frame so it should it the RIA. I would up with a little more vertical play than i liked so I went back to the guncrafter Trigger.
  6. http://memberships.3gunnation.com/Stages There is a standards and leaderboard for each classifier.
  7. I cut my 24 in half. I much prefer it that way. They also sell different backers so you could buy something similar. I do not have the link at the moment. Hope that helps

Two places have what is left of Para usa Parts http://www.gunpartscorp.com/Manufacturers/Para-OrdnanceParaUSA-33427/1911SingleStackModel-43674/PartsList-43672.htm?results=All http://www.e-sarcoinc.com/para-ordnance.aspx here is a Para grip safety http://www.e-sarcoinc.com/para-ordnance-grip-safety-sa-beaver-black-mim-large-ssp.aspx
  10. I'm not big on flat triggers myself.I know SVI has both the "standard" wide body, as well as the Triglide. Is there any real difference between the two? Guncraft also has curved ones http://www.brownells.com/handgun-parts/trigger-group-parts/triggers/para-ordnance-aluminum-triggers-prod6822.aspx If you go Infinity you will need the Billet Grip Trigger Bow - Wide BodyThe Triglide has bearings which may or may work as well with the RIA frame
  11. Guncraft fit.I prefer the gunsmith blank-long flat I have a SVI and perhaps I did not fit it as well but it has more play than the Guncraft
  12. Shipping was $20.00 SPS with 7G compared to MBX out of the frame and with the magwell

  14. So you want to strong hand quad load? This guy is pretty fast Janna goes into more detail More details
  15. Bret, I stand corrected. If the competitor chooses to load less than the maximum, it is allowed. You are correct with may not start vs must start. All competitors can down load their magazines but never load more than the maximum start limit. Sincerely, Rob Romero 3 Gun Nation Director of Competition

  18. Copied from a topic in uspsa/ipsc rules. 3GN 05-13 Flying by 2 Classifier START POSITIONStanding inside Box-A, Shotgun loaded to division capacity and held at port-arms, safety engaged or Rifle loaded and held at low-ready, safety engaged. Remaining gun staged on table, butt-stock inside edge of table, muzzle down range. Competitor is in Practical Division. They only load 7 shells in the shotgun (there are 7 clay targets in the classifier) and shoot the course of fire. Are any penalties assessed or a reshoot required? 3GN rules 7.2.3.9 Shotguns in Practical Division shall not start a stage with more than nine (9) shells total in the shotgun. However, loading additional shells after the start is permitted. (Rule 3.7) 7.2.3.10 The "Stage Ready Condition" for all shotguns shall be magazine tube and chamber loaded with safety engaged, unless stipulated otherwise in the Written Stage Briefing. Rules say may not start, not must start. 3.2 Additional +5 Seconds: May be assessed for failing to follow stage procedures. 3.3 Additional +5 Seconds: Shall be assessed for failure to start in the position indicated in the Written Stage Briefing. Thanks
  19. What does "loaded to" mean to you?
  20. Bret. Wsb says LOADED to. Your m2 with 14 round tube was not in the proper start condition according to the wsb. Practical division capacity at start is 9 total. So loaded to division capacity is 9 Not less No one is going to give you a procedural if you gun holds less. But if you download then yes.
