    Benelli super field, all the open mods & for a gunsmith, myself of course.

    If your gun is a 40 now , it will be hard to make the 9mm rim work as it is about 15/18 th's smaller than the super. the super is only about 23 th's smaller than a 40 but the 9mm is about 40 th's smaller.

    The clark barrel's,as most barrel's today, shoot better than the shooters can. I have used them & their qualty is outstanding. The bore finish is a mirror finish & better than most. Anyone who say's their current barrel's are questional. has not tried one.

    get it from clark guns. a 6" guide rod w/ a 6" reverse plug drilled to take the 5" recoil spring.

    No problem with the simmons scope. Hit's at 300 as easy as 30

    Haveing shot a zillion texas star's w/ all three gun's, I can tell you yardbird that you want to use tactical #4 buck on it at any range, not wimp #8 shot. have seen other people leave one hanging w/ light loads but not with #4 buck.

    There's nothing "trick" about a 6" light gun. Some people simpley shoot them better, as some shoot 5" boat anchore's great & some light 5" great. Different stroke's for different folk's.

    make sure the shells are comming out the top side of the saddle. If they are not pushed in far enough , they will fall out.

    I shoot a 165 jhp over 5.3 of acc. #2 @ 1.170 oal. Vol. is 1028fps.
