  3. yes, i think this is were it all started too, and just snowballed down hill. but this isn't that uncommon. have you ever heard skeet shooter and trap shooters talk trash about each other? at my club when IDPA came about there was a good following. they would have matches twice a month, now they have a match every other month. they have no clear leadership or worker bees. when they do have a match, they use all the IPSC props, poppers, timers, etc, except targets & score sheets. they never build props or any thing else that would benift themselves or IPSC. one guy said it should be the IPSC guy should do their scoring for them. i about fell out. one other thing that bothers me is that IDPA requires membership to even shoot a club match. the USPSA doesn't. lynn jones
  4. well, i guess i don't have it as bad as ericw and skywalker. when the power is working, we have some of the cheapest electricity in the states. TVA (Tennessee Valley Athourity). and thank god it's only 79 F degrees today, very unusual. lynn

  7. i'm curious about how the luggage is unlock, but the pistol has to be in a locked container. do we bolt the gun case in the luggage? does the ammo now have to be locked in a case of some sort? lynn jones

  12. racine, i had the same problem, i moved the 550 from on location to another (not the point). when i moved the loader, i broke it way down cleaning every thing, shell plate, primer assembly, etc. this some how solved my problem. lynn jones

  20. i use winchester small rifle primers for my open 38 super and for my limited .40 lynn jones
  21. i had one of those a couple of years ago. the gun functioned fine for a couple of more rounds. the barrel must of had some stress cracks, blew the barrel up! i got lucky, i only had to replace the barrel. still an expensive mistake. i hope that guy gets his barrel checked out. lynn
