Happy Birthday to all!

Well it sure did feel like it could snow yesterday! We woke up to rain and 46 degrees and it got worse from there when the wind blew all day. It's 50 degrees this morning but the sky is blue and NO WIND! The weather guy says it could get up to 86 degrees today and 90's this weekend. It's amazing that in that job you can be wrong 90% of the time and still have a job! Go figure...

Good News! Jim and both survived the night however, for some strange reason, the Hazmat Team has the bathroom at the RV park in lock-down.

About 10 years ago my Aunt was killed by a drunk driver as she was walking from her car to visit her son. The drunk driver had 7 previous DWI arrests and he served only 18 months for killing my aunt and he is still driving today. This is beyond my comprehension.

You can bet he didn't use the oven to prepare that.

Jim is lying in the bed whining and emitting strange noises. I can't belive anyone would be foolish enough to allow Jim to participate in an All You Can Eat Alaskan King Crab dinner. I lost track of how many pounds he actually ate...along with about a quart of drawn butter but he got his money's worth tonight. The way his stomach is growling...it kinda scares me. We're camped out near the shooting range in a small pop-up camper and I fear it will become a bio-hazard before morning comes. ~Heaven Help Me~

Dude, Jim and I are bummed also that we won't get to shoot with you. How's the east coast treating you?

Another closet browncoat says "ain't that the truth!" Oh, and my guess as to the 5th cylon...it's Baltar. For how long did we watch both Six and Baltar get nuked at the opening credits. She died and resurrected but he lived thru it? He could never have survived the nuclear blast even with her body shielding him. I'm with you on calling Baltar #5. Jim wonders why they had to use a nuclear weapon to detect cylons when all you really needed was a ceiling mirror cuz their backs light-up like a christmas tree when they engaged in certain activities. (Jim used a different word but I wouldn't type it).

DJ I am left eye right hand too, I am not tooo slow on the first shot though. = the key is head movement. Get your head in place and keep it calm and Present the gun to the eye. When you make ready = set your head in place and holster the gun { With Out moving your head} - put your hands in the start position and draw the gun to your eye and the target. Use your off eye too when you get the hang of it. Do the closed eye drill too = point the gun in dry fire close your eyes - open them and see if the gun is still pointed correct. If not practice from the the feet up to make it rite. Oh & =Moving through doors and such keep from (Ducking) your head to the gun = Keep the head level, like a dancer. and in don't bob you head up and down. Being a left eye right hand shooter also, I am quite interested in your practice drill. I think I've already been doing some of it but seeing it all spelled out sure helps. Thanks. BTW, I learned the hard way not to shoot without a dot. I could kick myself for all those unecessary misses. DUH! The red dot is your friend...don't shoot without him.
