  1. LMAO....True, True, True! Still wondering which is more expensive.
  2. What a great video! Here's a young lady who will NOT grow up with a fear of guns. In my many years of experience in teaching women about gun safety I've learned that most of their "fear" comes from not knowing how firearms function. Now, I'm not advocating that all women learn this skill of field stripping an AR (although it is a good training tool) but, they need to be taught how the pieces fit together and basically how it works. Handling a firearm from a position of self-confidence makes for safer gun handling and a postive experience on the range. Additionally, when a woman understands the mechanics of the firearm she then has the freedom of choice to shoot. Kinda like when you teach your teenaged daughter how to drive a car. Once she learns where the key goes and that it needs gas and oil to function she can usually operate it long enough to get to the store. But if you teach her the basic mechanical systems of the vehicle, she will feel confident to take your credit card and drive across the country.
  3. No, but one of the guys at our table was wondering if her "gang-banger" looking boyfriend had lifted something off the table during the distraction.
  4. Welcome back to the good ole' US of A...the absolute best place to be on this entire planet!
  5. Jim and I were at the gun show today when a very well endowed female shopper came up to our table. She was wearing a very tight top that forced her um um um you know, boobs, out the top of her low cut blouse. I was not watching at the moment but Jim claims that her "left one" popped out. A few mintues later, Jim was trying to explain to me how her "left one" jumped out like a one-eyed bull dog jumping out of a gunny sack. Just picture Jim trying to explain this to me with his left arm flopping up and down mimicking the action of the escaped body part when he noticed the poor girl standing right behind me staring him straight in the eye. I never knew he could turn that many colors of red at one time. We have not quit laughing yet.
  6. Hey Genius...don't break your arm pattin yourself on the back! Just kidding...I've been using an MP3 player for awhile and had very little trouble getting some music on it. My grand daughter got an ipod for Christmas and I still can't get any tunes on it. Is being under the age of 20 a prerequisite for operating high tech stuff or do you have to be a frickin' genius?
  7. OMG...if you only knew. As long as he has a tool in his hand, something broken to fix, and a cigarette in his mouth he's almost mangeable. Well, at least he doesn't stray far.
  8. Hmmmm...looks like its works on goldfish brass too.
  9. Happy Birthday to all... I was so looking forward to singing Happy Birthday to Merlin... you know the one... You look like a monkey, and you smell like you too. But he changed his avatar...not fair!
  10. That line gives me goosebumps...thanks for reminding me.
  11. Howard, I am so sorry that you had such a crappy week and sorry to hear about your vehicle going out of commision. Did you ever notice that whenever something breaks underneath your car it's always in the rain or the snow. Seems like you never get to crawl under a broken vehicle on a warm sunny day. Makes my waiting for that UPS package seem like a minor little inconvenience. I wish I could send Jim over to help you...he's good with the car stuff. ~Nanci~
  12. Rumor has it...the dead guy is (or was) a Mexican national and the shooter was his uncle. What a way to resolve family problems. On another note...is there an immigration issue here?
  13. Thanks Carina...I found that to be quite entertaining.
  14. Nemo, Santana is one of my all-time favorites and this is one is at the top of the list. However I have " no clue" as to the lyrics in English...care to enlighten me?
  15. Taterhead, I mentioned the same thing to GMan earlier. We should do some carpooling and head down. About two hours from here. I'm riding with you...2 hours not so bad. Takes me 1.5 hours to go shoot in Albuquerque.
  16. Yes, HSMITH tuned my mags and I am very happy with his work. Untuned mags can drive you crazy with malfs, send them all to HSMITH. Glad I did Barry I am in agreement with both of these shooters. I shoot 9mm major and I have found that the magazine tuning is critical to successful functioning of the gun. HSMITH is knowledgeable and dependable and stands behind his work. It doesn't get any better than this. You da man Howard!
  17. Me 2...Me 2...it creates a glimmer of hope for all of us. Congratulations Giants!
  18. Ding...fries are done! Ding...fries are done!
  19. Happy Birthday to all.... I can't wait for it to be Merlins birthday so I can sing... You look like a monkey...he he
  20. Gee, and I thought he was the founding father of the Silver Tongue...
  21. Ditto to what he said...that covers it all.
