Tim Egan
June 10th will be the last day to purchase competitor banquet tickets. We will be holding a random drawing from all dinner tickets sold and giving away a few items, including a S&W M&P-15-22 .22 lr cal ar-15 style rifle, and a Rossi .357 revolver. We have several other prizes that will go to dinner ticket holders as well. A few spots are still remaining in the match, it looks like it will fill up within the next week. Tim Egan
18 days to go and the match is shaping up well. A few reminders: We are giving away a Smith & Wesson M&P-15/22 .22 cal AR styled rifle, and a Rossi .357 revolver. To be in the drawing, you must have a dinner ticket. Will be given away at the competitor's banquet on Friday, June 25th along with other prizes. We have around 180 folks at the banquet, so there are pretty good odds of leaving with something cool. We will sell banquet tickets up to June 23rd. Expect the website to get current this week as well. I am looking forward to seeing old friends, and making new friends as well. And finally, thank you to the team that has worked hard the past year to put this match on the ground in Idaho again. We appreciate your trust. JON
What are the ground conditions on the bays? Sand, gravel, grass...? thanks
R. Batt
Most of the bays have gravel in them but a few have a kind of bare dirt gravel mix. I know that's not a very good description so hopefully someone else will chime in.
Bret Heidkamp
What are the ground conditions on the bays? Sand, gravel, grass...? thanks DUST! and powdered dust, with some gravel. Idaho Falls gets like 0.25 inches of rain every decade. (which, considering it was snowing at my place yesterday, might be a good thing)
Tim Egan
Russ & Bret, Good shooting with you both today and thanks for the comments, and patience while we worked a few bugs. Last aerial photo of the range shows snow!! (I guess I better update it) We will have a water truck for the road to keep most of the dust down. The lower range - stages 1-6 are pretty hard packed. The upper bays - a year old or so are less packed, looser gravel. TimE

CHA-LEE
The Division/Class breakdown looks pretty interesting. Production is pulling the most GM's out of any other Division. I didn't expect that.
Tim Egan
I am hopping that we have a walk-on Revolver GM.
open17
Over 50% of the Single Stack competitors are B class? This is gonna be FUN!
Z-man
Production is definitely gaining ground! Check the other area matches around the country and it's becoming one of the tougher divisions.

Brooks
I have a dumb question. I am coming into town friday night, but after registration has closed at the range. If I shoot at 07:30 on Saturday can I still register at 07:00 that morning? I know that isn't ideal. Edited June 24, 2010 by Brooks
