sv45
Has anyone tried the 38super FMJ Zero bullets from Shooters Connection? How do you like Zero bullets? Are they match quality? thanks sv45
mike4045
I have used Zero for years and know several super shooters who have also. I have shot every major match in Texas with them. I prefer them over MG, because I have a local supplier. I have used them in 38, 40 and 45 with very good results. Mike
BigDave
Zero makes a high quality product.
Rufus The Bum
I agree. Zero makes a great bullet. I've used them in 9, 38 super, 40 and 45 and they all worked excellent. If you have a local supplier, use them and save on shipping. I could only be so lucky.
SRT Driver
I've used Zero bullets in my Open IPSC pistol and Open NRA Action pistol with excellent results. The 125gr 9mm bullets don't give up much to XTP's at a much better price. The ogive is more forgiving too..at least in my guns!!
warpspeed
I have used both Zero & Montana Gold. IMHO, they are pretty equal. Use the ones you like. The MG's are brass jacket, the Zero's are copper. Some may disagree, but there is no difference, at least none I can see. FWIW, stick with the JHP or CMJ. Less leading in an open gun than a FMJ. kbear38S
Zeros work great for me. I've been using them for several years in Super, .40, and .45 and you can't go wrong dealing with Chuck at Shooters Connection. He's a good guy and shoots the stuff he sells. Larry White
Good bullets, but use jhp, less lead and no smoke. Larry
LouSig
I've been using Zero's from Chuck in 9mm, 40 and 45. They allways worked well and are well priced. Joe
Guest bulm5
used to use them, great bullets but could not justify the price. Went back to precisions ( a little bit more smoke ) but cheaper than the Zeros.
