What recoil spring rates are needed for 2011 sight block guns? Is there any difference to a standard 5” gun. The reason I ask is I’m having one built and I handled one at the range and the owner said he runs a seven pound spring in a .40 Caliber. That seems really light.

What is the rule for PCC for a chamber flag? Will wire ties work? My son wants to shoot PCC.

Anyone running a racker on your limited gun? It seems where I shoot most of the stages are unloaded table starts. I have a bomar style sight, has anyone tried installing the zig racker into a fixed rear sight? Harrison makes a fixed sight replacement for a bomar cut. I’m not sure if there is enough height for the cut.

Try makeup wedges or sponges to clean after the solvent. Don’t knock it till you try it. It’s great for the rails in the gun.

It would cost a couple of bucks, You could have a smith take two magazines and make a 140mm. Thats what we did in the old days with the p9 and eaa.

If the head space on a .40 barrel was reamed to deap, do you think this will cause a problem?

I am not being cynical at all. I was hoping this was true because my mag tubes are due in Friday via UPS. I am shooting my first IPSC match Sunday since 1995. I am not concerned about results but did not want to have alot of gun issues.

Has anyone used the new Grams spring follower kits? I just got mine and the directions say no fitting needed. Are these a true drop in part?

I moved to Washington a few years ago and want to start shooting USPSA again. The last time I shot USPSA was in 1995. I am looking for guys to shoot with at the matches.
