Chapo
I have one in 45 Colt and I gotta say as rudimentary as they are, they are great little thangs. I produced great reliable ammo with it.
shred
Likewise I have one in .45 Colt. Works well enough although hammering primers in is always fun, and mega tedious for any quantity of ammo.
RJH
That's the only thing I ever blew a primer while reloading in. We were trying to reload 762x54 and had a couple of them blow primers. So we decided we would just buy some dies for that gun and skip the excitement I do still own one for a 12 gauge though
Chapo
Yeah. Lol. Every time I hit the die to insert the primer, I puckered.

Farmer
The Lee hand priming tool added to that combo removes much of the pucker factor.

RePete
I still have the .308 and .223 loaders along with the .308 and .223 priming tools. Both have loaded 100's of rounds years ago.
Tunachaser
Started with one in 30-06 and IMR something or other powder back in the 70's....budget was tight. Those were the days!

Those were the days! You reminded me of a friend that would sit out in the wheat truck during harvest and load his 30-06 shells for hunting season. Combines were slow back then so he had more time to load.
