echase1
Need to order some primers. Other than Fed, which of these two primers do you feel is the easiest to set off. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

rustybayonet
Yes, I like Win but never had a problem with cci.
muncie21
Both for fine for me on my CZ with lighter main spring
Kaldor
I like the CCIs because they seem to feed better in my press, but the Winchesters work fine.

Same for me, I've seated a few Winny primers sideways, never happened with CCI. Doesn't happen often enough for me to put Winchester on the do not fly list. I think there's a hair difference in dimension.
Polymer
I've used both on several different pistols and Winchester for sure sets off easier. Regards to loading, i saw no difference in feeding through the press.
postalpainmaker
Win are softer. Cci are to hard for my light spring pistols Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeti
Of the two, definitely WIN SPP.
Edge40
Seems the general consensus around the internets is that the cci feed very reliably but the winchesters are softer. I personally have never had issues with the winchesters feeding on my press. I have had issues with them feeding in different types of primer fillers. jwhittin
+1 for CCI. 20k rounds and never had a primer failure. I have had Winchester primers fail to fire not due to a light strike.
Charlestiller
I've had several light primer strikes on winchester out of an M&P 9L but never had a CCI fail to go off. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Czechnology
Another vote for Winchester, but I am using CCI right now (it was available at the time) without any issues so far.
postalpainmaker
I switched to Cci reluctantly due to supply and have loaded 40,000 pistol rounds and had no reported issues yet. The seem to feed through the RF100 primer filler better as well. I may be a convert now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
