michael1778
I hope that means that all Heavy Metal competitors will use pump shotguns regardless of rifle scopes or not. I see some online buzz wondering about the rule set, so we eagerly await more details on the rules. Thank you. You've got a great facility and host wonderful matches, Damon. My hat is off to you, sir. Never had a bad time at your place!

LSnSC
Hell yeah , back to real Heavy. Metal. First year I shot it was IRONS, single stack, and pump. I really hope they go back to that!
Jim Norman
I'd like to see the rules. Just want to know what one can do and what will make for a short day besides any of the obvious. Scoring and penalties also are good to know so you can plan your strategy. As for Divisions, HM can be a .308, a .45 SS and a 12Ga. But have two, HMO and HMI, let HMI run a pup, but HMO can run Auto. Why? Because a lot of us need the scope to see the long targets and once we allow a scope an Auto isn't really the game changer and just about every one owns one that is ready for Competition. That all said, I am waiting on the 2nd email with the invoice.
Damonwoodall
Jim, Hmo is exactly that. Optic and Auto shotgun. Hmi is ss 45 with pump. Scoring is 1/2 second per point down.
