Youngeyes
You can buy an extended contract on shooting targets. I guess if you accidentally ht the target, they will replace it for up to one year. Only costs $6.

Bkreutz
They'd probably say that all the extra holes don't diminish it's ability as a target, or, all that tape voids the warranty.
razorfish
If they ever saw me shoot they would realize that any holes in the target would truly be by accident
LilBunniFuFu
The question now is who is going to try it out.
blind bat
RMA Reason: Bullet holes always appear low left of point of aim.
Nugget
Warranty dept. answer; move target lower and to the left. Should fix the problem.

Youngeyes
I just bought 3. Did you get the ones that the holes appear low left or high right? Not sure if the warranty covers high right.
GrumpyOne
How have I missed this thread so far!!! I moved mine lower left, and the damn bullets still hit lower left! Defective target! I even turned it around, moved it lower left, and they still hit lower left....
Nugget
Which hand are you shooting with? You might have accidentally ordered the left hand targets.
GrumpyOne
Which hand are you shooting with? You might have accidentally ordered the left hand targets. Hadn't thought of that...but shouldn't turning them around and me shooting them on the back compensate for them being left hand targets?

Youngeyes
If anyone's worried about holes, use some of those powder puff cowboy loads. Most you'll do is dent the paper target.

At a steel match, some guys were having difficulty with the plate rack with factory 9mm, they claimed that it wasn't calibrated right. I stepped up and cleaned it with my 38 Spl. Cowboy loads [emoji48] (125 grn @ 750 fps +/-). Some will and some won't. Modoc Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
openclassterror
We had a guy at our local action pistol match claim a popper wasn't calibrated after missing it about 7 times with his 9mm. Another guy walked up, pulled his keys out of his pocket and tossed them at the plate, underhand like a softball. It fell over. Umm, sorry bud. The bullets have to hit the target if you want it to fall down. My son's .22 pistol will drop that particular popper more often than not.

I know because Grandpa chrono'd the old gal for PF.
blind bat
Funny story. A really good shooter shooter had a .357 sig with factory ammo that refused to drop a heavy popper. After about six frustrating rounds he gave up and called for calibration. Joe RO steps up with a mouse fart 9mm load and drops the steel. Lesson learned after some head scratching: don't use fragible ammo on falling steel!!!! Edited November 21, 2014 by blind bat
