mspiredm3
I ordered one, now I am rethinking installing it as I think it may dig into my support hand palm. Anyone experience this?
kneelingatlas
Ahh I see now! I didn't realize, but the bone at the base of my left thumb lines up with the safety too so I guess if I installed the extended one it would be touching there too. mspiredm3
No one's home, had to take the pic myself... this is where my support hand currently lies. I am getting a grip reduction and undercuts, which would probably make this situation even worse.
Neomet
I cut mine down. Larger than the stocker, smaller than a package shelf.
asimonp79
Hi
Well I had the same problem with "factory" , so I had to upgrade to to extended
I actually know guys that done "upper pedal" to the safety
what they did is to remove the original notch, weld an upper pedal and to finish it off like this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/248/dscf0282t.jpg/ Edited June 9, 2013 by asimonp79
ohsevenflhx
When I first started using the Tactical Sport last year, I put the extended safeties on. In the heat of a match, somehow I would activate the safety while shooting. I put the smaller factory safeties back on, and got used to them after dry firing. I have not had the problem since. But to answer your question, no, it never dug into my hand, I rested my strong hand thumb on it.
Philo_Beddoe
They dug into my hand. I sent it back.
Sherwood
I ended getting used to a different hand position

jayjay1
Bumpin´ this fred a little. I´m a right hand shooter. http://czcustom.com/cz75extendedambisafetylhs.aspx Would this one work in the TS? If so, I could imagine to do the same what Chris_C here did to solve both problems?!
huskerlrrp
I have larger hands (right hand dominant) and recently removed my extended safety. I've noticed that during week hand shooting, I will occasionally bump the safety. The same occasionally happens during reloads. I'm going to run stock for a while and see how I like it.
