JAB
So tell me how can you get the best trigger from a 75-b 9mm and still keep in production class
burningsquirrels
Uhh, send it to Stuart @ CZ Custom? Budget: Change to 11 lb recoil spring, 15 lb hammer spring, and dry fire a bunch. Few bucks and effort: polish the action yourself Few more bucks and effort: fit a competition hammer too Easy way: Send it to Stuart at CZ Custom. thompsoncustom
This should get you started. http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=14688.0 http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=14690.0 http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=14685.0 http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=42537.0 And like said above a lighter hammer spring and comp hammer. Also a lighter trigger return spring helps some.

Pensfan
I have pistols from both Stuart at CZC and David at CGW and they are excellent. Either route is going to get you a fine pistol.

motosapiens
Id like to send it to these people but living in Canada make it very hard to do that If have sufficient mechanical skills to know which end of a wrench to hold, you can get one of the cgw hammer kits that will make a dramatic difference in cleaning up the single-action break. As long as you're doing that, might as well lighten the double action with the cgw spring and extended fp kit. If the overtravel on the trigger bothers you, you *might* also consider getting the adjustable overtravel trigger (like the shadow has, so it's production legal). I like it, but some guns seem to have less overtravel than others after the hammer releases. Those 2 items will cost you less than half the cost of sending your gun in for a trigger job, and you might have some fun and learn something in the process. I found some good youtube vids and pix to help me do it even tho I had no gunsmithing experience.
