ron-if u like tarantino, and baseball, u will like. Its a Tarantino movie based in WW2 not a WW2 movie. Its long and pretty good when I saw it today there was a lot of laughing.

Im just glad no one has a video of when my toolbox slide out from under me at the VAMD sectionals match and I landed on Todd. It was not a pretty site....

get the camcorder out... 14 years from now when she brings her 1st boyfriend home break out the old movies.... its better than my dad met my sisters 1st boyfriend in his Police uniform at the door and invited him into the living room while he cleaned his duty weapons.

At my home clubs monthly IDPA match today I set up a Steel Challenge style side match. While I was taking a break and talking to some new shooters one of the ladies told me the steel match was the most fun she ever had shooting a pistol. I told her it was great to hear that and she should try some of the real Steel Challenge matches in the area. I do enjoy shooting but I am not setting the world on fire with my results. I get the greatest satisfaction out of sharing our sport and this really made my day.

I dont load for Sig but just from what I read on this board about Clays and the pressure spikes on compressed loads due to bullet set back I would find something different to use for Sig.

I will see what I can do this weekend. I did do a slow mo reload but its not as good as some of those 600 frames/sec videos I have seen here before.

I have been shooting a lot of vids at all the matches I have been going to and really do enjoy putting them together. It really didn't take to long to do. Yeah I do have to much time on my hands. I need to be cleaning guns and reloading instead of making more videos for people. Jim (bottom left) won the race I (top left) had the highest hit factor Adam "The Hammer" (top right) and Chris (bottom right) tied with the exact same score and time. Adam was shooting minor and Chris was shooting major.

We all shot this at Fredericksburg this last weekend.

small digital video camera
Pigdawg replied to J-Ho's topic in Computers, Cameras, and Electronic Devices of Any Kind
I just bought one of these and I like it so far. I had a 10% discount for Bestbuy so I think it was a good buy. Its very small and has very good zoom. Some of the reviews of this camera in the different colors recommend getting a camera with image stabilization. The battery life is about 90mins but it charges very fast. I would recommend getting 2 batteries and a separate charger. Sony handycam -
I'm guessing Rivanna. You can hear Adam over everyone. LOL no kidding. I still laugh at the fact they had "The Hammer" running the indoor stages at the Commonwealth Cup last year.

The incident This is the guy that give the thumbs up in the video.

Thats an understatement if you forget to prime you will know it fast. Powder will be everywhere. I have used about 12lbs of AA5 through my 550b and then my 650 and never had any problems other than not priming the case or getting the occasionally crimped primer pocket and the primer not going in and dumping powder everywhere.

Watch it! ! ! Grats man should have made the trip to North Mountain with me. The trip up there is a lot better than passing the same tree on 301 every 2 miles.

650 failing to eject into bin
Pigdawg replied to nad1967's topic in Dillon Precision Reloading Equipment
Make sure the ejector wire is around the shellplate bolt. I have had problems when the wire would get tucked underneath of the bold and the angle wasn't right to allow the round to eject. It also means that shellplate bolt isn't tightened down enough. -
Thats what I do but the stars we have at the clubs near me do not spin very fast. Most people around here shoot them starting at the top and then alternate the sides to try to keep them from spinning to much if you think of it as a cLock they shoot them 12,2,11,5,7 Edited again because I cant spell.....

I would like a copy of that also if possible.

These are great I use the Range rugs one for each gun in a different color. They have the mag pouches on one side and other storage pouches on the other side. I-shot mag pouches

Plastic PLates/steel substitute
Pigdawg replied to SoonerPast's topic in Target & Prop Design and Construction
We shot the HELL out of a Newbold target at the indoor range I use to work at and it held up great. Just do not use any hollowpoints on them. Hollowpoints take plugs out of them and tear them up FAST. As long as you are using only round nose I think they are worth the cash. Next chance I get I'll dig around and see if that target is still around and get a picture of it. -
When I took that picture Tracey was the 1st shooter on our 4th stage. It just started snowing hard then. We finished on Smoke N Hope it was a good thing we had the Big plates to shoot at. The stop plates stand was painted orange so we just aimed at the top of it but even the large plates were getting hard to see. Despite being cold and wet and then the joy of 4 hours of I95 in the snow it was well worth it.

Winning is easy when you are the only shooter in the Open Revolver Division. I must say I owe it all to Pinshooters Cmore mount

There was a big advantage to the morning shooters. The afternoon guys had to shoot white targets in the snow. By the time my squad got to the final stage there was a little less than an inch of snow on the ground and made the targets invisible. Tracey wanted a pic of her shooting in the snow to send to her mom in Alaska just to show her it can be done !

I'll bite and say it first: Badges we don't need no stinkin' badges.... That being just a joke. It wouldnt matter to me either way but back when I use to shoot NRA silhouette you could get hat pins in the shap of each of the animals with the number in a row you shot. Each of the different guns you would shoot had a different color. Then when you got 10 in a row for each animal you could get a grand slam pin. I would suggest a large pin of your highest classification and then rockers for each of the other guns in different colors with markers for each classification.

Fiber Optic Front for Benelli Ghost Ring
Pigdawg replied to Silverscooby27's topic in Shotgun - Technical
I dont think the threads are long enough for the nut to hold it on. -
We laugh at them when they come in the indoor range and almost everyone that has one asks us what to do when the gun jams.. sell it. One guy taking the CCW class had one but had to borrow a rental to shoot in the class. The gun broke before he even got to shoot it.... He bought it at the local gun show and listened to some idiot at the show so to make sure his gun was "in plain site" he put it on the dash of his care. He then made the 1st turn out of the showplace and his shiny new Hi-Point went flying out the window and was run over by a car. He brought it to us and asked if we would send it back to Hi-Point for him. They did replace the gun but I think he was so embarrassed by it he sold it. I hear the carbines are not bad but the pistols are pure junk.
