Finally read the FAQs

Finally read the FAQs (3/11)

  1. Did they ever finish your warranty work? What ended up happening?
  2. Who put the slide racker on it and did the cerkote job have any effect on reliability/fit?
  3. Thanks for sharing, do you have the measurements of the targets and distances for them?
  4. Interested to see any old SCSA world scores. Anyone have any other years too?
  5. GT Targets for me. I don't like the hangers or bolt options. I like not having to walk down to see if my shot hit the hanger or went through a hole or shadows from the bolt/hole making me think I shot the target in the middle of the string.
  6. Lucky you lol I'm stuck here for a minute, cleaning up. Cheers!
  7. I run a 1 bay 8 stage match, and have shot 8 stage matches at different locals, majors, with multiple bays, varying skill levels, etc. I think your back in the day 3 to 3.5 hours is incredibly fast. And I'm incredibly jealous =P. It's almost nearly impossible to acccomplish if you have shooters with different skill sets shooting together. The match must've had extremely high number regulars who shoot the match, super helpful painters ready to go without being told, there's probably no to minimal socializing, linked Bluetooth timers (paper, pen and yelling to confirm times to each other slow this pace down), and bays that are extremely laid out close together, amongst other factors that speed up the match. It sounds like an awesome dream match I'd LOVE to shoot. I'm curious what range this was at and what was the range layout? Thanks for sharing
  8. I run a steel challenge match on Guam, private message me. I'm selling an STI DVC3. It's tapped for a frame mounted optic. You can come check it out regardless of interest in buying. We have a match on Sunday Aug 13th. All 8 stages, leveled targets, Bluetooth linked timers, SCSA affiliated, etc. Looking forward to hearing from you. Tony
  9. Who converted your 38 super to 9mm? How's it working out ? I might have the same project as you. I have a 1911 38 super laying around that I want converted. A lot of smiths didn't want to do it.
  10. Your brass explanation made me chuckle
  11. Thanks for sharing and congratulations on the finish! What is your load recipe that you're using for this?
  12. How did you remove the rods from the holster and replace it ? Is it hard to do? Holster is perfect for me except the height
