  1. Check my CMORE battery @ LAMR! FM
  2. I filed down a Glock 21 front site many moons ago and I couldn't keep it flat by hand. I had a machinist do my last one and it wasn't square with the world either. As simple an operation as this should be I recommend pistol builder because he is going to know what you want to see. FM
  3. And by itself it is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. The bread and jelly is all sugar. But I still love PBJ's with strawberry jelly! It does do double service in my house as mice bait too! FM
  4. Yeah, I'd probably give it a try too...just never know. Man, with all that powder around you better shot a LOT I hope it's not a life time supply! FM
  5. Agreed but I wouldn't rule out trying it, I have 5 pounds of 4756 that I don't know if I'll ever get to try as I just received 16 pounds of N-350. The very kool thing about 4756 is it's availability. I have two friends that swear by it in their supers. FM
  6. I have never used N-105 or 3N38. N-350 burns between 3N37 & 3N38 IIRC. And slower than 4756 and quicker than N-105. I don't know why N-350 wouldn't work? FM
  7. I tried Hughes last November for 9 days, tech support sucked and they didn't want me to use Outlook for my email! Went back to my wifi provider after they finally fixed their problems (this will be temporary). I have not heard anything but good about Wildblue. When my line of site provider goes down again that is what I'm switching to. FM
  8. Must be a little tiny delicate guy if he can fit in a Porsche..... Probably a Junior shooter, about 135 Lbs. FM
  9. Why did Bob say to stay away from N-350? FM
  10. I'm sending my application in tonight; GREAT match last year! FM
  11. A freind of mine uses "Rope Lighting" I think it's called. I thought it worked pretty good, you can wind it around the outside perimiter of every shelf and down the sides. I wanted to do it to mine but they didn't have it at Home Depot at the time I was motivated, and I forgot about doing the project. FM
  12. Sean, I would have never thought you were old enough to have a twelve year old! You must be living right! FM
  13. How does one identify the age of an 1100? I need to do the same thing. FM
  14. I'm really disappointed I can't make it this year. Hope the wind doesn't blow like last year! FM
  15. They don't fit tight on my 170 MM mag either but they work great! The 45 Promags must be longer than the standard 38 Super Caspian mags to fit in the well with the DP pads? FM
  16. I have the egw on my standard 38 super mags .the mag I need the base for is a mag I had a friend make out of a standard caspian 38 super mag and a caspian 45 mag made by megar witch caspian sold for their wide body frame before they stopped making it. the base on it has the flanges on the out side instesd of the inside.Iam going to try and call megar.also try some eaa base pads. Sorry I didn't catch the fact that you are using Mecgars. The DP's might work with the outside lips. I'd like to see if I could make a (longer than stock) Mecgar 38 Super mag work in my Caspian. If I could I'd change everything over just to get the convenience of DP mag pads. I need to find that TT article again! FM

  18. Those EGW pads from Brownell's should work. The Dawson Precision won't fit into the Caspain mag well; meaning you need to use a longer than stock magazine. I have a Dawson Precision on my Open 170MM mag and wish I could have them on all of my mags. FM
  19. I would tell him to "Seek Legal Counsel". Protect him and yourself. FM
  20. The best way to travel on a motorcycle is to buy new clothes on the road and ship them home as you use them. I'd want to travel with my blaster, magazines, belt/holster/mag holders and ammo and ship my range bag to the hotel. Another thought; I have hand washed clothes in motel bathtubs before and hang dried them in the bathroom. Crude but efficient, just like me! FM
  21. I would like to visit Kannapolis someday; it's was the home of a TGO from another sport. FM
  22. You can get 8" circles from MGM for $41 a piece and some 2' or 3' long stands (steel rod withe a small platform on top for the targets). You could have someone local make the stands for you. That would fit in a trunk easy I would think. FM
  23. WST is what I used to use too. Can't remeber the bullet wieght; it might have been 185's that wieghed closer to 178 on the scale. FM
