I am also shooting coated bullets and have noticed some build up on my comp. I am curious why no one has recommended a ultra sonic cleaner.

For sure a lot of mods that you can cobble together, but some might be looking to support a product and great company.

Dillon nuts are typically the slimest. No issues running with the nuts on the bottom of the die.

Here is also a great reddit post from a brass processor that shares his upgrades. My recommendation very closely mimic this.

Processing at true 2400. 0 on the settings Loading around 1800 or 2100. Only do this with a TNT shellplate and the spill stopper kit. Spring connected to the primer rocker arm.

I am going to go against the grain here and say pick up a Guide Pin Bushing and ditch the spring. Definitely second on the reloading innovation light kit. They're awesome and trow a ton of light at the work space ie shell plate. Finally I would recommend an upgrade shell plate from TNT. IMO they higher quality than the FFB. When running rifle they greatly reduce wobble.

I thought the same about the price. Considering they need to get rid of stock they should. Luckily there are plenty of cheap used 1050 out there.

If the match fee includes a nice wicking shirt and personally I like kind of out there shirts. Then I would be ok with the cost being increased. Prize table is nice but not a requirement.

I am loading the exact same bullet and use the Redding Competition Seating die. I think it has a RN stem inside and it does NOT deform the tips.
