I switched back to my U-die as well didn't want to have issues with bullet set back loading 9mm major.. I am using it load my 40 Cal bullets.. So far it's working fine.

Have you tried putting back the mags to there original specs prior to all the issues. Assuming you have the old parts.. Step by step process of elimination?
