  1. That's GREAT BKreutz; What a blessing Modern Medicine. New hip replacement WOW
  2. Jesse THANK YOU Short and to the point.
  3. Thanks Jesse, but don't hold our breath, that's NOT NICE ; Well so far you do own a Burris Mtac 30 1-4, Primary Arms 1-6, and Vortex crossfire 1-4, and you did say you have a few budget scopes under a pile of old targets. You could just do a short write up on each, or make a short video giving us the Pluses. and Minuses of each. Anyway the nursery business has slowed down till spring
  4. Getting ready to pull the trigger on one of these, I'd like to hear back from all of you who own one. Are you still satisfied overall with your Primary Arms 1-6 performance. I understand at that price it is a pretty good deal Its only the 3 year warranty from Primary Arms that concerns me. Also would there be another scope out there that you'd rather have bought, for around the same money ( what would that be) and why?
  5. Forget the nuts; Wheres that review on AR Budget Scopes
  6. Steve Call the Carlson co. they'll have the Black in what ever Mod your looking for, bought mine direct. You can also call Briley its a few more bucks a tad bigger, and to me looks better
  7. The only conspiracy is that Frank gets to tell you how great this new gun, scope, bipod is so much better than yours, and out pops your wallet then the next new gizmo. If you doubt me look in your gun safe COOL-AID anyone.
  8. Always run Mobil 1 (5-30) in the car always keep a spare quart for emergency. Again just looking for a oil that will keep the hot carbon gases from sticking to the bolt carrier group. It seems wrong when its not specified for gun use, but you all say its the real deal, and I'll keep my eyes open for some Purple ATF to try a 50/50 mix Happy New Year To ALL
  9. If there was an oil out there that would make it easier to clean that hard carbon build up in, and around the bolt carrier. I'd be willing to try.
  10. NOW that's a NICE Christmas present, are and the wife still talking
  11. Is this just a cheep way of lubing a rifle? or will the synthetic additives help make carbon build up on Bolt carrier easier to clean (that would be nice). This just keeps coming up about using Mobil 1 never seem to understand WHY, and just can't get past that its motor oil for cars.
  12. Thanks usmc; I might just go Mil-Spec, good enough. Almost need to be Metallurgist with a chemistry back ground to understand whats your buying.
  13. Whats a good quality bolt for a new rifle. Not ready to spend big bucks for super lite one Yet. Bravo Co. has a very strong reputation stamped with every type of testing know to man done. The new Nickel Boron Bolts say there easy to clean, smoother surface finish and uses a different types of steels. Maybe they are better, but who makes a good one of those? Longevity is it for me. Thanks up front, and MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL
  14. This is getting good, nice rifles every one. Who needs SH

  16. DreGarcia; Did you do the work on that gun in the picture
  17. David; There's some guy here makes, and sells one ,But you have to drill the frame. You have that KC mount why not give SJC a call I believe they make one that attaches to there optic mount not the frame, or make one
  18. Who,Ya David; that's one NICE open Glock friend. How does that KC optic mount attach to the frame. Don't see any other holes in your frame like the SJC mount
  19. Think there located in Kali like yourself give them a call set up a meeting. There helpful; they might be able to pin it down over the phone
  20. With all the bells and whistles = a 1000.00 Stoeger. It add$ up fast Makes a Nice Christmas present though
  21. Thank you; Good parts with proven track record is smart money spent so recommending brand name parts helps, also it will be a part or 2 @ a time build, shooting as it gets there. What 1st, 2nd exct. would be very helpful.
  22. Starting with plain Jane Mid length gassed AR 15 with a 16' SS barrel; Like to ask the help from others here putting a list of parts together. The Goal; to eliminate muzzle flip / dip, and reward / forward recoil. For a legit light weight ,short range 400 yard max gun. Ya, I like to $ave
