Ive seen it happen a few times. Shooter reloads, goes to flip gun over and hits oversized bolt release. Feeds one onto the lifter and one halfway out of the tube. 930s are the most common i've seen it happen to.

please re-read my post. I didn't say cheap, I said cheaper than before. glock 33rd mags are $35. $15 lower than mpx mags. and no, Springer isn't the only company that makes extensions. I don't know about the finicky ammo part, I run the same 90gr and 147gr load I run in my other guns.

mags are cheaper and easier to find than before. extensions for them have been out for a while now. sig even released caliber exchange kits.

Sig MPX. I had an AR in 9mm before this and it sucked in comparison. Recoil was significantly more than .223 because of all the reciprocating mass. I wont go back to a blowback gun.

If they can't get a good sight picture, it's not the rifle's fault. same with the mag seating and getting beat with someone who spent less on a gun. The only real downside I can think of is mag changes and barricades. Depending on the rule set you use, using a drum takes away 95% of the mag changes you will have to make. The other 5% being matches like MGM Ironman and clearing malfunctions. If there's one thing Desert Tech can do, its put a nice trigger in a bullpup. I love my SRS covert.
