  1. I got my 11lb ISMI spring from Custom Glock Racing, which I use for my G22 shooting minor loads.
  2. It's an STI! Cool, got to start saving for one. $2100.00 right?
  3. Don't know about just the bolt, but the work on the whole gun was $600.00.
  4. It was a typo... Here's the latest update from the website. UPDATE: Please note that I mistyped this entry a few days ago and said the awards would be on the 17th. THAT WAS INCORRECT. The match will be over and done with on the afternoon of the 16th, as stated in your confirmation packet. I apologize for any inconvenience this typo might have caused. I've fixed the error in the communication below.
  5. Same here, have not received mine. It's one of the few things I look forward receiving from the mail every other month and still nothing. Month is almost over.
  6. Shred, it is 7625. Like I said, it barely leaves room to seat the bullet and still does not cycle my gun. Even the RO said that it does not sound hot enough when I was testing the load. I guess too much gas out the holes. Just got my shippment of 3N38, will try the recipe Johnny Lim gave me. I just hope my shells are good. Thanks.
  7. Exactly what I said, he said that it's due to the 4 port hybrid barrel plus the 5 port comp (3 on top and 2 on the sides). He said that the 7625 will not work with my gun. Will find out this weekend (keeping my fingers crossed). My gun is a Dragoncat by Limcat Custom by the way and this is my first experience with an open gun and the 38 Super.
  8. I heard good things about Rock River, but you can't go wrong with DPMS. Superb quality and customer service. Question is why not match your Bushy with a Bushy?
  9. My Benelli M2 is on the way back from Benny, I will try to post a pix when I get it.
  10. Thanks for the replies guys, I'm glad to know that I'm good to go. Thanks for the EGW die tip, that will be next on the list. I am actually using a Redding Competition die set. One reason I asked about the casings is when I tried using 9.2gr. of IMR7625, which barely left room to seat the bullet. The load does not cycle my gun and won't even eject the round. There's also some resistance when I rack the slide to eject the fired case. I haven't measured the fired case to check if its bulging excessively somewhere. I was then told by the gun builder to use 10gr. of 3N38 with MG 124gr. bullets and WSR primers. Also needs to be seated under normal lenght (need to check his e-mail for exact COL).
  11. It does say 13th to the 17th under News and Current Events. I sure hope its a typo. Can't stay 'till the 17th, I'm going to Disneyland!
  12. So what do you guys think is best for shooting the star? Any specific choke-shot combination; and in what order (e.g. 1-2-5-3-4, being 1 on top going counter-clockwise)?
  13. I am planning to load for my open gun with a 4 port hybrid + compensator and was given a recipe by the builder to use 124gr. MG, 10gr of 3N38 and WSR primers. Am I good to go with the Winchester nickel casings, or should I get brass? Thanks!
  14. That Matt guy is pretty quick, I'm telling you ValleySig229, like they said it's worth the wait. My last order took about three weeks but Mark sent me an e-mail as soon as he became available and apologized for the delay.
  15. Dave, have you looked at the Vltor Modstocks? They have an A1 and A2 models, looks really cool too IMO.
  16. LOL... You guys crack me up! Hope you can have them at the 3gun Nats as I would like to get some. Can you please send me a PM about the TA11 cover? Thanks.
  17. Not yet, I usually get mine the second week of the month. I wonder where it's mailed out from? Sedro Wooley?
  18. Just picked up the Mark IV last July and now wondering if I should return it and wait for the new one. I only paid $179 with skyscreens. I haven't used it yet and don't really need the chrono as I have the CED Millennium. Is it really worth getting the new version? I was hoping that they'll make the new one a little smaller if possible, but it looks like it's the same case. Is it worth to pay shipping to return the one I have and pay additional $20.00 for the new one without the skyscreens?
