Great question. With Travis T. shooting guns that we can not get from the company he is shooting for. Whats the point. Who want to shoot a .45 when I can shoot a.40 in limited and make major power?

I know 180gr making the 165+ powerfactor have high pressures. I have to load 5.1 to get 169pf at 1.190. What about the 165gr? Less powder less pressure I assume. But the 165 will have to go faster than the 180. Is the pressure noticeably lower?

Our classifier stage at sat.match had weak and strong hand. Most of us shot weak hand and weak foot forward and strong hand strong foot. I like the punching quote.

Eric we ( u and I ) will not be able to out shoot our guns. If we were masters or better than I can see why we might need something better but we have ways to go. A long way to go. Lol. 4 of us from Savannah will be up. Talked to Jack today he said he is working hard on the match. It's gonna be a blast and apps.should be up by the end of the week.

My shooting goals: 1. Dry fire on a schedule. 2. Shoot 5 to 6 majors. 3. Win my class at a major. 4. Take a class from Manny Bragg. 5. Remember it's a game. 6. Get a 6in. Custom / or at least get it on order.

Been dry firing 4 weeks now 4 to 5 nights. Scores have improved, front sight is easy to find. Wish I had started sooner.

Some trigger time is better than none.

Black touch up paint from any autoparts store. Comes with a small brush. Mine has lasted for months.

Check a few of them out on gunbroker.com that might get a pretty good estimate.

I started with a Les Baer 45 then I got a Tojan 9mm now when I shoot SS I'm back to the 45 for the major power factor advantage.
