  1. Yeah, a long time ago. Like 2 maybe 3-4 days after sign up opened. Send an e-mail to Charles or Tennille you can probably get in
  2. Ordered the SG-3001-1 should be here in a day or 2. Now I need to find someone to cut a dovetail and put it on for me.
  3. That was an amazing prize Jimmy! Congrats on that. It was great shooting with you.
  4. It may stop working again, mine did this weekend at Tarheel the quick and easy fix during a match is to push the little button and smack the fore end on the side with your hand. You have to smack it pretty good but it drops a shell and you are ready to rock. The gun functions fine it just doesn't want to drop that first shell.
  5. What are the most popular rear sights? I see people talking about XS but the ones I see on shotguns have a notch and I don't see any XS sights that have a notch
  6. Charles had some info on FB. There will be longer rifle on 6 of the 8 stages, about 6-8 targets on each stage, nothing crazy 250-350 yards. 11 Larues, some look like tomb stones and some are normal. 16 flashers and 4 plate racks
  7. That has to be a misprint... I am not dragging my ass to the range at 6:30am and then not shooting until 1pm
  8. I sent a complete custom gun to be black nitrided. 122.00 SV guide rod looks like a pencil zinc out of a marine engine... It is destroyed! Their answer is our website says don't send non-ferrous metal.... 122.00 for the guide rod 11.50 shipping and gunsmith says more $$ to fit it!
  9. I don't care for the reticle in the Vortex and it is like having a brick mounted to the top of your rifle
  10. The head of the guide rod isn't tungsten so a shock buff won't matter.
  11. It really seems like Todd J is the only one running one of these... I am looking for some other feedback before I pull the trigger. I am running a Leupold MK-6 on my primary and kind of like the FFP that is my biggest hesitation
  12. Those are great looking guns! I like the idea of the open top end with the RMR melted in. I think I would (may) do it with a hybrid barrel and maybe not the comp...
  13. They not only add weight they are way smoother when cycling so the gun actually feels better
  14. You can go to Utah and redeem yourself... There are those of us that feel like we preformed poorly are talking about doing that...
  15. I use grey silicone and it holds really well with metal and plastic spacers. I don't take the mags apart very often though.
  16. wow... How could they let that leave the shop... That is an awesome fix though!
  17. The brass can't be too thick because I have a few hundred that got mixed into my .38SC and they don't size down far enough with my SC dies to hold a bullet...
  18. The socket is recessed pretty deeply into the stock. I made a pretty good sized flat area around it with a file and it holds 100% now with any QD swivel. I thought I had a pic but I can't find it...
  19. With all the practice you have put in I am sure you won't need it but good luck anyway.
