For SCSA it is not percentages, but the absolute times for combined 8 stages. You can see them under the link "Learn more about our Classification system" at https://scsa.org/classification For USPSA - individual stage percentages are count towards classification. As well as the major match results relative to the top shooters and if certain conditions are met. PS: for SCSA, in RF divisions and in some CF divisions the top guns been consistently running well above 100% times. In some cases up to 30% higher

Take a look at the PractiScore Competitor app. It will spare you from all the digging. It also shows the above-100%s and even more stuff you can't see anywhere else.

That is what I implying. You can shoot same SS gun in both SS and Limited. Not sure if Open has to have the optics... Similarly the same Prod gun can be run in Prod and Limited. And OS Revolver in OSR and Limited too There is no PF in Steel Challenge, so .40 is likely an overkill (unless custom loaded to a puff loads). Though the weight of the gun may play large role. With no stacked up on the same targets they tend to make both Open and Limited guns based on SS frames and lighten them up, I think.

SS has to match uspsa division rules. Like making weight, hoster, etc. But this year had that changed. I think Luna just shot Limited at Am with his Prod setup to get wormup for Pm Prod run.

Btw, the fast kids didn't do as well in CF as they did in RF divisions. I'm guessing drawing from the holster makes difference...

Wouldn't be nice if live stream had that info? As @BritinUSA said, there is a lot of dead air time. They could have used it to show ads and other info about match and competitors. Even live data with results and the current standings. Of course that would require someone actually editing the live stream plus some ahead of time preparation... The "supported" devices are either Android supported by the Android app (including Amazon Fire's) or iOS devices supported by the iOS app.... Between two apps some screen layouts may look a bit different.

There is no such thing as "all versions". Either you have the current version or you don't. If you see a different screen layout then your tablets are years behind from the current version of the PractiScore app. God know what else is missing or behind in the outdated app version your range is stubbornly using. That may also include some rules specific to the sport. PS: the scoring layout for steel was changed several years ago when NPMs were added for steel (quite common in IPSC shotgun and generally with moving steel targets)

You do need some Amazon account to be on top of the app updates. Just create one on a separate email. Gmail emails are free to make. Just register one for your club. In the tablets system settings, change them to not automatically update apps. So, they won't eat up your phone hotspot data.

The apps have direct export to csv. Though I've no idea what IDPA wants. Have no access to their member-only resources.

I'm waiting to see how that going to work. Generally timeplus lean more on speed (no minor HF scoring, eh?). Unless they are putting a lot more no-shoots and some penalties. Presumably the same penaties as used in MG Nationals or what?

And that is why there is the PractiScore Log app If you doing what you called "research" by "reverse-engineering" someone's else app (that is your own words), as a sole developer of those apps I have all the rights to tell you that is very wrong. As simple as that. On a side note. One will be investing much more than $15 worth of time, materials, knowledge and energy for building any somewhat solid app and then maintaining it for its customers.

Eh? Export to Excel at the range? Remember, the PractiScore app is used during the match. It already writes all the strings down for you. You can see them on the review screen. And all that does stay with the results. Of course to conveniently visualize that data you'd need another paid app (again, an one time paid app). But then, not everyone wants or needs to see them. By all means. But when you bring up reverse-engineering it sounds more like you are not opposing to screwing someone else's work instead of doing your own research.

And then do what? Given that the PractiScore app is normally used in the context of some competition. For practice there is PractiScore Log app. It is an one-time paid app, but it does have export to spreadsheet. Though I'm still not sure what you would do with it.
