I was just answering the question from Shadow about my thumb rest. No problems at all - made a trip to GA & everything was taken care of, less than a week turnaround time, a happy camper.

Yes I have a thumb rest on the right side of the frame, being a Lefty - there is 2 screws attached to the frame, same as used for the C-More attachment but the length of the screws is cut so they don't go through the frame.

Yes, the Dawson pads work good.

Sarge: I have the Dawson grip tape magazine numbers on all of my Bolen basepads - you only need to cut the ear off of 1 side & it fits on the base pads like they were made for a Bolen. Once you push the pin through the tape to remove the pad you're good to go.

I shoot a full-blown FGW custom Open gun, couldn't be happier. Had a minor problem after 6K rounds, Bobby fixed her up, had it back in a week, no charge with his lifetime warranty.

What made Stage 7 so difficult? When you see Taran & BJ down -20 & JoJo & Vogel down -30 there had to be something going on you can't see from the videos - this stage probably caused Vogel the championship to Blake.

I use 10.9 of 105 for my 38 sc, 4 popple holes, but I use MG 124's, I would think you'd be good to go - hopefully.

Still maintained a perfect flip & catch in the seated position - looks like you practiced for this.

My FGW 38 sc with 4 popple holes loves 10.9 gr. N105 with MG 124's - flat as a pancake - like Neomet said it gets a little messy but well worth it to me.

I have most of my STI's with SV triggers, but always let it to the professional gunsmith do the work so it's done right the first time - really not that all expensive.
