I felt I had really shown good improvement this year. Now I can't even dry fire for 2 months. The positive is that the aftermath of my bicycle crash shows a destroyed helmet, but no head damage (my wife might disagree).
I have to agree here. I work well with a structured plan. This book helps you establish your whole program as well as the structure of what to shoot, how many reps, and when to advance.
I am a southern boy that has never played hockey, but have come to love it because it has created a nice bond between my daughter and I. Maybe the Tampa Bay Lighting can finish out next year.
+1 On this. I took the competition handgun course 2 years ago and felt it was of huge benifit. Seeklanders book with it's drills allows for progress to continue.
