  1. Ribbons and no payback. We are also growing, or club has a introduction to USPSA class, and for the last 3 months we are averaging 25 to 30 new shooters per class.
  2. Kimberkid I just purchased a Tasco 1.5-4.5x 32mm Pro-Shot Reticle scope a couple of weeks ago mounted it on my Model 1 stainless upper and it works great for a cheep scope it really surprised me on the clarity the way it tracked everything is so far so good. The Parallax is set for 75 yards instead of 50 like most of the scopes you listed. Good luck
  3. Thanks Guys that is exactly the information I was looking for.
  4. Has any body installed a Chip or Timney trigger in a Cav Arms lower. If so how did it work out? Did you have to mod anything or was it as simple as drop it in and go?
  5. Has anybody seen or tried this Bushnell scope. Bushnell Scope Thanks
  6. This is Great Shooting Trap
  7. I have about 30,000 rounds through my Para and most of my brass is range brass and I have had no head seperations at all. I'm sure it depends a lot on the pressures you are runing which equates to the powder and bullet combination.
  8. Tightloop you forgot the "COOL" Factor $2000
  9. Dillon Dies with a Lee FCD and no problems and 100% of my brass is range brass.
  10. I used to use AVG but found something that I feel is better and is still free. AVAST I have had great success with it.
  11. Chock another one up for Federals.
  12. Here in Salem, OR we have a Sportsman’s Warehouse, and if I need it now that’s where I go I also buy my Powder and Primers from them Hazmat fees chew up any savings. Midway USA gets a lot of my business on dies, ammo boxes and such. When it comes to IPSC specific stuff, gun parts and such I use Chuck at Shooters Connection, or Brownells.
  13. Brian, I’m sorry to here of your loss. My father passed away this past February and I know the pain of your loss, but as all Great Fathers they live on in us. When you said he was your “Greatest Fan” those were the exact words I used in my fathers eulogy. You truly have my heart felt condolences. Steve
  14. gino-aki you got that right. Las fall I went to my shooting buddies range and I walked out into the bay and covering the ground was a pot load of .40 brass. The police dept had been out that morning or the day before and when I left I had picked up about 3500 rounds of once fired Winchester brass. When it's free why buy it? Shipster
  15. JFD you can say that again, I love my SS P1640 Limited. I have the exact same setup as you, Dawson Ice, Dawson mag base pads (20+1) replaced the mag release and had a trigger job set at 1 lb 14oz. All I can say is "I Love it." Shipster
  16. Hopalong I have a PO Ackley reloading manual around some where, let me take a look see this evening.
  17. I like the Idea! Make it a timed fire stage 60 seconds and rack up as many points as you can. Ya...Hoo...
  18. Let's not get the cart ahead of the horse, time and place is going to make a BIG difference on participation. I think we need to nail that down first.
  19. Check Here for the best deal I could find on one
  20. I like the idea of Reno or Vegas, air fair is usually cheep too these two cities. Accommodations are good, food and drinks are plentiful and cheep, and don’t forget about the entertainment.
  21. Our Clubs Lawyer advised us to only STRONGLY advise the use of hearing and eye protection. So that is how our club signs read
  22. I'm with Tightloop on this. Don't even get me started on prizes or prize tables. Shipster
