If you haven't used it yet I would swap it out for the right one.

I started at the end of 09 with an XD 40 in Limited 10 and have since moved to a 1911 again shooting Lim10. I don't plan on shooting another division anytime soon.

For local matches I run one ^of these, when I go out of town I have a CED backpack, it has a fold-up seat in it that is very handy

I shoot Lim-10 with a 40 Trojan. I don't like the way the 2011 feel's. But while in the mist of building a new 1911 I thought I would add a 6" slide to it. I know that the SS is limited to the 5" gun.

Thinking of buying a 6" slide to go along with my 5" build both in 40. I know there are a lot of 6" 2011's being built these day's. Not that I'm any comparison to TGO but I saw he took 3rd at the Lim-10 Nat's with a 6" skinny gun. I shoot Lim-10 exclusively it's what I like to play.

I bought some new style Plano boxes from Academy for 40 and 9 and really like them. The lid hinges all the way open so you don't have the lid in the way all the time.

I'm not big time but I've done the ole light switch and outlet practice myself.

It's not a special order they quit doing it right before I bought mine in the Fall of 09.

I'm building a STI 1911 and I'm using an EGW sear and disconnector with a EB hardcore sear spring and a Koeing hammer. I'm also using the SVI trigger and I have EB wide ambi's on my 40 and 9 and the same is going on my new build.

You could run them that long in a 10mm mag. I have a Trojan with Tripp 40 mags and at 1.17 with Zero 180gr JHP's I had to pull the spacer's out. I really messed up after loading a similar MG JHP, I just eyeballed and thought the Zero's were pretty much the same shape, boy was I wrong. I showed up at one of our monthly steel matches and almost didn't get to shoot, I had to not only pull the spacer's but I had to file the little pinch points that hold the spacer in place. I have run them in our local IPSC match and they ran fine. I guess I could really load them longer now I'll have to give them a shot.
