Ok. This seems to relate to the same problems I was having with the iPhone. It seems to work if I set it to the mobile version. Is that how you guys are using it? When I try the full version it doesn't work. I don't mind the mobile version but it doesn't show avatars or Topic Descriptions. I was hoping the iPad would be different. (I know, I know... Why?) If that's the case I'll go back and read the iPhone threads and see if there is a way to get the full version to work.

I can read the forum on an iPad, And if I go to post I can fill in the topic title and the topic description. But when I select (touch the screen) in the topic posting box, it doesnt do anything. Or it tries to select/copy/paste the text if I'm replying to a PM or topic. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is it a setting on my iPad? My iPhone works fine. Thanks
  6. Subterranean homesick blues covered by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. .... Guess I'm not that big a fan..
  7. Ok, this has probably been answered elsewhere but would be good for me to know as well as good info to have in this thread. Why is FP 10 perfect for fire control parts? Why not just more slide glide? That's what I do.
  8. Wow! A real celebrity! Just out of curiousity, what is an 'illegitimate' excuse to buy a new rig? See you there.
  9. I got mine from ruggedgear.com. Two weeks or so after I ordered, I saw that the website said mine wasn't available until November. I called to ask if they had another in stock, and they said that yes, actually, they had the one I wanted, and it shipped the next day.
  10. Is the adjustable gas set too low to fully cycle? Try to open it all the way up.
  11. Where do you go to take the CRO recert. online exam? I looked in my profile and the classifier lookup page: Two places that it seemed like it would be. Also scanned the NROI section.
  12. Tim when you get a chance can you post the combined overalls and stages?
  13. Let's not forget these guys now.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2N6G0OFpmIE&feature=youtube_gdata_player
  14. If you ever feel like traveling south, check out the matches at www.bgslinc.com
  15. A movie has been "in the works" for over 35 years..... I agree with you, Sig Lady, I can't see all the complicated messages/character development, etc working on the screen. Guess we'll find out soon, though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlas_Shrugged#Film_and_television_adaptations
  16. I bought it, read it, then signed and date the inside cover and gave it away. I hope it starts a tradition. Unbelievable book. Very inspiring.
  17. You'll love it there. Contact Dan Carter to tell you more about the USPSA matches there (you can message on this board or thru MRPC's website)
  18. I have one of each. I would use each one again if needed. Both are excellent. Flip a coin.
  19. I don't have these but I recall them being designed like that They will fit, you have to really force them, but they supposedly won't move once they are on.
  20. It can't be real. But hilarious. Nothing's out there besides..... ... and 20,000 tons of crude oil ... and the fire ... and the part of the ship that the front fell off...
  21. If you can get to Lexington you can borrow mine until you get one for yourself. PM me. I run a short dust cover but I think it will fit both. I'll check when I get home from work. Or if you can get to Georgetown (or UPS comes to you... ) they are in stock at Shooters Connection http://shootersconnectionstore.com/Blade-Tech-DOHSting-Ray-Holster-Left-Hand-P115.aspx Looks like the one in stock is a Stingray. Mine is a teklok. Might call and see if the teklok is in stock or available.
  22. I heard they tried to include a picture of Frank but it turns out he doesn't show up on film.... Or in mirrors ...
  23. For a new match director and a club that hasn't run multigun matches in years, this went extremely well. Putting on 7 stages was ambitious, and yeah, it was a long, hot day. Overall, it ran well, everyone stayed safe, and we all had a great time. Nice match, Greg! And for those who came from many miles away to shoot this one, thanks for coming! We even had some folks just come to watch -- who ended up pitching in with setup and breakdown. Bring some guns or borrow next time! Glad to have you.
  24. Mine will generally fit thru a Dillon case gauge and my SS barrel, but my limited chamber is a little tighter. So I: 1) Set up 650 with Dillon die station 1, EGD/U die station 2, and lee FCD station 5. 2) Anything that doesn't pass the barrel test goes thru a single stage press with a Lee FCD with the guts taken out (push-thru die). 3) Anything that still doesn't make it gets checked with the Dillon gauge. Pass = practice ammo. Fail = pull bucket I should also add that when they don't gauge I give them a look see for case splits (more common with nickel plated cases)
