Been using OneShot for a few years, never have bothered to clean it off. Haven't had any issues from 100deg F down to -20deg F, and never notice dirt sticking to rounds in dropped mags.

Still not sure why some people think there is a "capacity issue" in PCC

I simply fuss with my dot at MR and ULSC, and I have my stock always set where I like it. I think that rule is a little harsh, but I also don't see the need to mess with the gun unless I'm up.

HAH, I don't have any pull. I just let him know some stuff didn't make it through the update. PCC is dumb(at pistol matches), but boy do I enjoy it.

For the guys posting screen caps of section 14 of the PCC appendix.. Go look at it again. It changed last night after I told Troy some stuff was missing from the rules that was in the BOD minutes.

Buts its not a thumb rest, its an extended slide stop, *wink wink Where/how could we draw the line between extended slide stop and thumb rest? As an RO thats a serious question I have.

I emailed Troy about slide stops that could be used as a thumb rest, haven't heard back from him. They way I read the rules there is no constraints on the size/shape of a slide stop. As long as it fits in the box that is(since the guns start on the PRD list) .

Totally agree with you on this, and thats why this all happened. I don't shoot PRD anymore, but these changes make me happier as a RO. If I did still shoot PRD, I wouldnt change a thing on my CZs.

Bad shooter right here. I shot Glock 34s for 18 months when I got into the sport and then went to tuned CZ SP-01 Shadows. Couldnt even measure the difference after 18 months with the CZ. Improvement only came with work.

Here is how I look at it. All of these "dis-advantaged" gun are going to gain a slightly better trigger, 2 more ounces, frame cuts for higher hold, better mag releases, better slide stops and some extra areas to add traction. Guess what? The "advantaged" get all that minus the better trigger. This wont level the playing field, it more or less raises it evenly with a small bump to the striker fired gun's triggers that still wont be as good as the trigger you can get out of the metal hammer guns.

So you are saying it wasnt level before? If thats the case why is there such a variety of guns shooting PRD, who would intentionally handicap themselves? Also if it wasnt level before should we expect to see a measurable difference in match results now?

Im not sure any serious shooter thinks the changes leveled the playing field and after all that was not the reason the rules were changed. The change had nothing to do with competitive equity

but rule 22.2 only applies specifically to grips not controls, no?

Running a DAA belt magnet and Glock mags. It holds OK, but not near as well as uncoated steel mags. I have had them slide off a few times during movement. Has anybody found a way to make magnets hold Glock mags a bit better? Something to up the friction without reducing the magnetic field?

Thinking about buying a 650 and swapping my 550 case feeder on to it. I have seen some conflicting info on the mount post it self. When I emailed Dillon to ask what would need to be done to make the swap the post was never mentioned in the response I got, but I have seen elsewhere on the new that you need to buy the post to make the swap. Thanks

Sorry for the hijack, but those of you with both the 550 and 650.. Do the handles sit at the same height? Im thinking about buying a 650 to go along with my 550. I have found the 550 with a Dillon strong mount and roller handle is at the perfect height for me. I am hoping the 650 will come in at about the same height if I use a strong mount and roller handle. Thanks.

I keep both eyes open no matter which side the gun is on. It took a little while to get my brain to work the images right and its not 100% consistent yet, but its getting there.
