  1. I got mine from this place. http://www.fiberopticproducts.com/store/index.php?cPath=8_22
  2. I did the same. I had a spare USB hub laying around and picked up a goosehead LED light. I velcro'ed the hub to the strong mount and I can bend the light where I need it.
  3. Gans did my slide cuts and I like them. Limcat does some crazy stuff.
  4. 3.1gr Titegroup with a 147gr moly bullet at 1.125" shoots very nicely out of my G34. I don't notice the smoke while shooting but when I watch the videos, it's very noticeable. When I'm out of TG, I'm going to switch to Solo 1000 since that's what I use for .40 and I have plenty of it.
  5. Oh, and a mountain bike video too.
  6. I converted a 38 super to 9 major by Gary Natale at Gans. New barrel, comp and fitting, a new extractor wasn't needed.
  7. Have you thought about a teleconverter? You'll lose a couple of stops but it's a cheap way to add some reach to your lens. You might also want to rent something if it's for a one time photo session or if you want to try out a lens before spending the big bucks. http://www.lensrentals.com/rent/nikon/lenses/supertelephoto/nikon-80-400mm-f4.5-5.6-ed-af-vr http://www.lensrentals.com/rent/nikon/lenses/telephoto/sigma-50-500mm-f4.5-6.3-hsm-os-for-nikon
  8. That would be my guess. Pasters on the shirt, always funny. Pasters in the gun, someone needs a whoopin.
  9. I have mine tested every year. First time it came back at 25 and I got a call from the department of health. I've stopped shooting indoors and take some extra precautions when reloading and while at the range and it's been below 10 since. One of my shooting buddies that worked at the indoor range tested at 75
  10. I like to stand so I can look into the cases. It also limits me to the amount of time I spend reloading. If I reload for too long I start to lose focus and that's usually when mistakes happen.
  11. Welcome! Where in NY are you?
  12. I like trail running shoes too. Cleats just get too uncomfortable after a couple of hours. I use these shoes from New Balance. http://www.cabelas.com/product/New-Balance-621-High-Trail-Running-Shoes/1134800.uts?Ntk=AllProducts&searchPath=%2Fcatalog%2Fsearch%2F%3FN%3D5101173%26Ne%3D5101173%26Ntk%3DAllProducts%26Ntt%3Dnew%2Bbalance%26WTz_l%3DHeader%25253BSearch-All%2BProducts%26WTz_st%3DSearchRefinements%26form_state%3DsearchForm%26search%3Dnew%2Bbalance%26searchTypeByFilter%3DAllProducts%26x%3D0%26y%3D0&Ntt=new+balance&WTz_l=Header%253BSearch-All+Products
  13. Welcome Dan. I grew up in Queens and living on LI now. There are 2 monthly USPSA matches on LI in case you don't already know about them.
  14. There is a Enos shirt by TW. Check out their shirt gallery and you see a picture of it. http://www.techwearusa.com/gallery_photos.asp
  15. My friend owns a boxing gym so I have access to it anytime I want and it's great for cardio, footwork and hand speed. Getting punched in the face is not so great though. Guess I need to work on my defense.
  16. Shawn, I'll hook you up with some slow mo videos at the next LIPSA match.
  17. I'm set up with to speedload with Tecloaders, although it's not very speedy when the shells go flying everywhere.
  18. Next time you're out at LIPSA, you can check out my 1100 that has all the Open bells and whistles.
  19. I load to 1.165" and they feed fine in my mags with spacers.
  20. I had Bobby at Freedom Gunworks tune a couple of STI mags for 9 major without the spacers and I could never get them to run. He added spacers and they have been perfect ever since.
  21. I have the ADM Recon-X and it worked very well with my Tac30. I've since sold the Tac30 and replaced it with the MTAC.
  22. I use the 3lb Timney drop in trigger and I like it.
  23. I just received my MTAC and it didn't come with lens covers like my TAC30 did. Did anyone's MTAC come with lens covers?
