bigbrowndog Posted February 22, 2008 Share Posted February 22, 2008 I was having lunch with your buds this afternoon, Merlin, and the topic of the missile and the satellite speed and lead came into the conversation. We figure that instead of the Navy running the missile into the satellite, since speeds were SAT 17000mph, MSL 3000mph. That is was probably more like get the missile there and let the satellite hit it. Either way it was a damn fine example of shooting.
