Looking back I see where the last years Nationals had a big thread on predicitons of who.....

(top5)

I think I'll try it this year!

Limited: 1 Travis T., 2 Emanuel B., 3 Rob L., 4 Todd J., 5 Shannon S.

Limited 10: 1 Dave S., 2 James B., 3 James L. Erik L. 5 Angus H.

Revo: 1 Jerry M., 2 Dan C., 3 Cliff W., 4 Rudi W.,(If he shoots) 5 Mike C.

There is mine...........Let the prognostication begin!!! :D

I predict there will be a new Revo winner this year. JM's the nicest guy, but the talent is really getting ramped up. Now his brother will tell him what's been said and someone will be having to hose down JM's Revo after each stage! :D

Dan, Mike (only known human to have beaten JM in a Money Match) & Cliff all have serious chances. Then there's Brister and Kettels if they were to shoot Revo.

I'd pay to see that DVD. (Hint to USPSA).

I Dunno....I'm gonna ramble through them with out making much of a prediction (much like last year).

TGO is on a historic 6 year reign in Limited. It's got to end sometime but when? He's still got to be the top pick. You wanna be the man, you got to beat the man. And TGO is THE MAN in Limited.

TJ has been shooting Limited like a man possessed all year. Last time TGO finished OTHER THAN 1st in a High Cap Limited nationals, TJ beat him by like two points and Jerry beat both of them. That was way back in 99.

Manny has been close twice. I just interviewed and trained with him, he is very goal driven and ready to win. His year will come, and he has been strong so far this year, winning two area matches in the same weekend.

Travis, Phil, Taran and Dave are, well......Travis, Phil, Taran and Dave. Any one of those guys could snap it off, you just never know, and I sure wouldn't bet against any of them.

Throw in Blake, Voigt, Shannon, Estuardo, not to mention Max, Chris Tilley, JJ and the rest of the Open gunners looking for trouble, and you have a tough field, in the toughest division, at the toughest yearly tounrament on the planet!!! Should be a ROYAL RUMBLE indeed!! I can't wait!!! What a Super Squad this will be, I am already looking forward to the DVD.

Hell, you can fill out the top 16 with a "pick em" of top names. Assuming that none of these guys decides to go hide in L10, it should be AWESOME!!!! We could have 10-15 different stage winners.

But if you put me to it, I wouuld cheer for the old silverback, TGO to hold off the pack of sharks, for one more year. The rest of the guys are too nice to cheer against. So...

1. TGO

2-4. Pick em' (Manny, TJ, Sevigny) No Particular order, depends mostly on breakfast and recency of full moon;

5-14. Travis, Phil, Taran, Shannon, Voigt, Max, Chris Tilley, JJ, Blake, Estuardo

No particular order, depending on proper tensioning of shoe laces before stage;

Saul, Brad, BJ, Henning, Lee Dimaculangan, Gambrell, Koenig, Puente, jeez.....where do you stop?

Jerry got his *** handed to him at the Handgunner in the Finale shootoffs by a guy named Wade Terry! Bud Bond went on to win the shootoff and the title of World Open Revo Champ.

Wow--very cool! :D

Bud Bond is a friend of mine and a world-class wheelgunner.

(My moment in the sun was Second Chance '93, where I edged Jerry into 3rd place overall. Both of us were shooting 8-3/8" Model 27s. Unfortunately, Ken Tapp whipped us both!)

I'll congratulate Bud next time I see him, since he doesn't like computers.... :)

First lets get strait who is shooting what... Sevigny has been shooting limited all year.. Manny has been edging him out though. Manny is truely a man on a mission 2nd last year by hair so thin it's called peach fuzz!

Max Michel Jr. is planning to shoot L 10 last on the record I heard. (my opinion) (to better team armys position at winning various divsions) I will be shooting L 10 so i can keep using my production rig... shooting minor no less.

all guess work is a little looney until we figure out who's shooting what.

what i am thinking right now is

Limited.

Travis Tomassie

Dave Sevigny

Henning Walgren

Manny Bragg

Chris Tilley

Matt Cheely

Phil Strader

Mike Seeklander

L 10

Max Michel

Me

Jake Di Vita

Larry Houck... don't see him leaving L10 he seems to like it a lot.

Probabally Ted Puente

NO particular order is given to these competitors. just the flurry at which they entered my mind.

I think Jerry will hold his position at the Nationals. Jerry, across the number of stages in the nationals will be mighty tough. But overall in the revo world, talent is finally developing and it is getting solid, this is causing more interest which will continue to grow the Division in USPSA and IPSC , as well as ICORE - a good thing.

I agree it's a good thing. But I'm not gonna write off my bud's. They need to think positive. They must see themselves at the top of the Podium. Feel the Trophy in their hands. And when they're done they can walk away with heads held high, whatever the outcome.

I've met the 3 amigos and JM and they're all class acts, and fierce competitors.

I'll even wager a soft drink at the 2007 Kansas Sectional that one of the 3 amigos will take top honors.
