DRider8
I wanted to use the Mr. Bullet feeder die in #7 and a taper crimper seating die in #8 but can't find a die anywhere.
George16
There are no complications with my setup having the MBF on station 6. Seating and crimping are done separately. Station 7 has the Redding competition seating die and the Lee FCD on station 8. Not sure about what you meant by station 7. Here’s a pic:
Cuz
Isn't that how it's supposed to be setup? MBF on station 6 Seating die on 7 Crimp on 8 That's what I plan to do if I ever get mine set up.
HOGRIDER
Hope this pic clears up any confusion about the Station Numbers on the RL1100.......... Here's my setup with the MBF in Station 6. Like others have stated, that's the "usual" position for a MBF from my experience. HTHs Edited June 15, 2021 by HOGRIDER sp

DRider8
Some people are using the #6 station for power check and using the Mr bullet feeder in #7 and a Combination taper crimp and seating die in #8, you can't find the combination die anywhere, RCBS or Reddings. Thanks for the feedbacks
Intheshaw1
I believe the lee 9mm seating die also crimps. Midwayusa has(had) a bunch of individual 9mm dies along with free shipping.

AHI
You know that came across a little harsh. There is no reason you can not put the bullet feeder in station #6. Almost like it was designed that way(it was not). Going back to a combo seat /crimp operation is like stepping back in time(40ish years). It can be done but . why
Cuz
I like the separate seating and crimping dies. It gives me one more thing to fiddle with, obsess over, and screw up…
DRider8
I have used separate dies for years but if you want to use a powder check along with the Bullet feeder there is no space for both without using the single die to do both crimp and seat. HOGRIDER
This gives me all the information I need as to how the powder measure is doing..........and I never have to deal with the mess from a powder check die!

That makes sense for pistol, I use my eyeballs. But what about for rifle where it's not as easy to see in to?

I was looking for one die that could do both processes, I can find the dies you referred to all over the place, not everyone uses one die for both processes, there doesn't seem to be a lot of die makers that makes the die in question. Thank you for your response.

The die @AHI linked you to will both seat and crimp. Despite being named a “seating die” it performs both tasks.
ddc
As does the Lee die. (And as has been pointed out both are currently available at Midway. That situation may not last forever.)
DRider8
I am looking for one for 45 ACP I have not found one at any of the places that you have mentioned, they normally carry them but they are not in stock.
AHI
Hear you go https://www.midwayusa.com/product/102134525?pid=886643 in the description Lee Seater Dies for pistol cartridges feature two crimp shoulders. The first shoulder applies a slight taper crimp and the second shoulder applies a full roll crimp. The closer the die is adjusted to the shell holder the heavier the crimp will be. IN STOCK FYI this is the same die DAA has with their name on it. Edited June 18, 2021 by AHI
