DJPoLo
My favorite dress/work shoes have laces that won't stay tied. I am quite good at tying my shoes and yet these will just untie themselves at random. WTF? -Chet

jhgtyre
My wife wouldn't let me teach the kids to tie their shoes due to the funky way I do it. They never come loose but I end up with three bows. It is a weird technique to be sure but I taught myself when I was a little kid and have used the same method all my life. I always get a chuckle out of crime dramas where they use the method in which the shoes were tied to prove that someone was murdered and redressed. One look at my shoes and they wouldn't know what to think! -ld
