cecil Posted October 26, 2014 Share Posted October 26, 2014 Just bought a Akia Katana 9mm Major gun... was wondering if anyone shooting the same could give me some ideas about a load for this gun ? by the way I am presently loading 124 gr Precision Delta HP bullets.. w/ SPP using Auto Comp powder.. but only 6.8 gr of Auto Comp so I was wondering with the popple holes what do I have to load to make Major PF.. tia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DVC1911 Posted October 27, 2014 Share Posted October 27, 2014 I tried all of the powders for 9mm Major, and the following is the best load that I found for my equipment: 124 gr RN Berry OAL 1.170 8.8 gr 3n38 Gives me an average speed of 1370 FPS over six rounds for a 170PF I run a Schuemann 5.5" Barrel with a four port full profile compensator.
