Amerflyer48
I recall in an old article Bullseye shooters doing that as strength conditioning, using a 35mm camera ( 70's) or can of soup in a bag though this seems a bit excessive,..maybe 1 brick would do.. Corey
And that is teaching them what? To push up really hard on their handguard when they fire?
SiG Lady
Arm strengthening, folks. Arm strengthening. Some of the students in our Shotgun and Rifle classes (8-hour classes) often complain of arm-tiring after about four hours. Especially the shotgun students. I need to show this photo to our instructors.
Merlin Orr
When the Pentagon warned of the strength of the Chinese military I thought it was due to the fact they have an active military of 2,285,00 soldiers under arms with another 800,00 in active reserve - not ...physically strong..... Yeah, but they always use LEAD PAINT, right? Of course! They are scraping it off of their nuclear reactor walls to save money. Everybody knows you don't need that much lead to protect from radioactivity!
AlamoShooter
I used to dri fire with 3bls on a string , It was a slow fire drill to help with off hand precision shots. I think the Chinese are useing it to teach bad form though over the shoulder and under the shoulder
bbncu
I'm pretty sure they will be shooting high after the training...they should be doing the opposite--keeping and maintaining the barrel down..
