Nimitz Posted August 16, 2013 Share Posted August 16, 2013 actually I've been using the same gun & shooting 1 match a month since I started in Jan 12. The difference is that I've learned how to train properly and continually conduct self assessment to ensure I'm improving ... unfortunately I still have a 49% from Nov as one of my top 6 because my 64% classifier from the Area 6 Championship in April didn't count. I think you can count your Area 6 it just depends on how the match director ran the upload/stats I believe I was reading something about that a few days ago can't remember where though. Nimitz Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 Well I had made a bunch of match ammo early in the year which chronoed at 132 .... Unfortunately I never rechecked it before Area 6 and just assumed it was good ..... Got down to the last bullet at chrono and the RO asked if I wanted to pull the bullet and weigh it or shoot it. I only needed about 10 fps to make it so I said shoot it and it was the slowest one of the batch! I went home and weighed some bullets at random to see if I should have pulled it as a 124.1g bullet would have done it ... Luckily I weighed 10 rds at random and every one came in at 124g ...
