In Triple Tap two of the characters ran through an IPSC stage at the beginning of the movie, and at the end of the stage they had this awesome Windmill of Death looking thing. There was one shoot target rotating clockwise and like a dozen no-shoots turning counter-clockwise in front of it, so they had to shoot between the gaps of the moving no-shoots. I'd love to see that at a match, but you'd need one hell of a tall berm to catch rounds fired at it at through the top of the arc. Maybe it would work if it was Texas Star sized.
