    Haven't done yoga, but will do various types of cardiovascular exercises (jogging, walking, stationary-bicycle, swimming, etc.) several times a week. Plus, it helps me to do weight-lifting weekly as well.

    I had a Glock slide crack at the breechface, and the company told me it was a result of working the trigger on an empty chamber. Needless to say, I'm using snap-caps now!

    When shooting factory 9mm ammunition, I normally use Blazer aluminum case rounds . They always make the required power factor in both IDPA and USPSA. Plus, I don't feel like I'm wasting good brass.

    Ultimately, the basic "black-on-black" might be my best choice...will have to wait and see until my experiment is finished.

    In approximately four years, I added almost 200,000 miles on my car from attending matches. This included local pistol and rifle matches, as well as bigger matches in other states. I'm trying to be more efficient now days with travel expenses.

    Wilson Combat makes a variety of gun belts for IDPA. I'm still using a black 1.25" belt from 2003.
