Long 6-40 Screws Source?

The longest I have been able to find is 1/2", I could use 3/4" or 1" - anyone know of a source? Studs would work too.

Yes, I know them, I use them regularly, in flat head the longest they have is 1/2". I guess I will need to figure out how to use standard head.

If you only need a few, Amazon, through 3rd party vendors, will sell you just about any fastener under the sun.

Most likely putting a thumb rest on over the C-More mount. I've had three Open blasters and none of them use the same screw for mounting. Currently I have one frame that started life as a Competitor, the forerunner to the Tru-Bore that's 4-40 from STI and the other is 5-40. The other was done 6-40. It just depends on who does the gun what thread they use.
