FNH is good year to year although the owner of Peacemaker is (was) a little quirky.

With my A5 it will not cycle fiocchi low recoil.federal low recoil works fine but shoots high left. last weekends 3gun match I could hit 50yd slug targets but not 75yd

So I finally realized that with my new stretch 16 that 53gvmax going 3100 fps using Vit 133 are less reliable and will not lock bolt back while the same bullet with Vit 140 going 2800fps works great and locks bolt back. Any ideas why?

It is a used Syrac. So what are my options?Drill a bigger gas hole in the barrel and use the adjustable gas or I could try a new nortic gas block or any other ideas

Got a stretch 16 a week ago and had it installed by Gunsmith. I went to the range today and even with Syrac adjustable gas block wide open not getting enough gas. I am using Youngs lightweight bolt carrier and APA brake with standard carbine buffer it does shoot my hand loads sub moa at 100yds.

I got new A5 in Feb 2013 and have run it for 2 years and was running a browning gold before that for 7 years. there is no comparison.Also have a benelli M1 Lets just say I would rather shoot against shooters shooting a benelli than a A5 especially a shotgun stage with lots of targets, any question why. Blaster

what is longest distance for slugs?

As someone who has been shooting and competing in major matches for 25yrs, and have seen some great ones come and go like Second Chance and the World Speed Shoot-Off, it's easy to see when the quality of the match does not improve, that its days are numbered. Is shooting at Rockcastle worth $150? Sure. $250, no way. I will be back shooting AM only because they are losing money on me being there. It was also real interesting that the AM match winners did not get to walk the prize table first like in years past. It seemed like the brothers did not like the guy who win AM open so they changed the order. I will be at FNH and Blue Ridge if anyone wants to chat. Blaster.
