So now we are in 2024 and every Custom 2011 made today doesn’t have a grip safety. The rule books removed the word “grip” from rule 8.1.7.4, So what is the latest interpretation? Can I shoot my Staccato with a pinned grip safety? Or do I have to shoot my Atlas which never came with one?

I have shot a lot of their bullets, from 147- 124s all very accurate, coating was good and low smoke with Accurate #2.

I didn’t measure it, but it was probably 3 inches at 20 yards. My 320s and my other M&P all had much better groups. Another guy I shoot with had a Competitor with the same issues. He put an Apex barrel in his and it helped a little bit.

I had a Competitor and ran the Floyd’s brass magwell and the Freelance brass mag extensions. Everything ran good together. I ended up selling the M&P because I couldn’t good it to shoot a good group no matter what I tried.

I saw an AD in person this weekend at a local match. Shooter was at the line making ready. Had the slide locked back inserted a magazine, let the slide go forward and bang! AD. RO was standing right there looking at his gun and said he clearly saw his finger never went near the trigger. DQ’d shooter went home. Glad I sold my 320s, but I still edc a 365 Macro. Think I will add a safety before I appendix carry though.

I can confirm this, I just upgraded mine yesterday, they prorated 2 years of my 3 year membership I had left. They also gave me the senior discount for the life membership if you ask for it.

Try zeroing with a flashlight mounted. I’ve heard that helps keep the flex to a minimum, although full disclosure I have not tried it yet. I’ve had zero issues with my DPP on my P.

Latest word I got from the AC was that if it makes weight and fits in the box it’s okay now.
