  1. She's a cutie... I agree.... very much
  2. I'm not sure I could ever get tired tired of watching "Heat".
  3. Zero JHP's here also as my limited gun doesn't like round or flat nose for some reason.
  4. The flex tool is a must have for everyone. From the pro's all the way down to the beginner's. Take care of your flex tool and it will last you a long time. For the beginners, that means cleaning it after every use. Now I'm not sure how Flexmonkey broke his but I have at times ran my flex tool pretty hard. Don't be afraid to stick in there and grind it around. They can take a lot more abuse than some think. Heck my wife bought her one of those imitation flex tools. We'll see how long that one last.
  5. Me thinks Gidget should come shoot with Unclez.
  6. Take a look at the Safariland 771 pouches for SS mags.
  7. Anyway to attach a pic so we can understand fully what the follower is doing? Are you for certain you recieved the .40 followers? Zack
  8. It's not broken. I can pull on the end that walks out and see the other end pulling towards it. I've seen the decapping pin trick but would like to keep the original as long as it's still in one piece. Zack
  9. The front pin on my rear STI sight keeps backing out after 200 or 300 rds. Luckily I saw it the first time before it fell all the way out and I pushed it back in. Well like I said, it's doing it every 200rds or so and I'm tired of having to keep check on it. Was thinking about staking it back in but wanted to hear some other options from you guys first. Zack
  10. Basically the same as your Glock except a lot easier.
  11. Did you give them the crimp size you had for each of those or did they just see the pic? According to your measurement they would be reccommending a .413 crimp?
  12. Start at .420 and work from there. I would say anything below .418 is too tight and anything above .423 is too loose. The crimp I run with Zero JHP's is .420 to .421 Zack
  13. You won't be dissappointed ordering it through Brian. I have to agree with the others that you have a very lucky husband.
  14. I've always thought that if you have 2#'s of take-up and 3#'s to break then you have a 3# trigger. I've also never seen the take-up pull be more than the sear break but maybe there is such a beast out there. Zack
  15. I had a seller about a year ago contact me in a rude message demanding I leave feedback for him. Now I had all intentions of leaving feedback for him once I tried out the part to make sure it worked but time hadn't allowed me to install the part to check it out and since he was rude and in such a goshawfull hurry to get his feedback, he got one that probably was not very satisfying to him. Zack
  16. I've pretty much given up on eBay brass. The last 4 or 5000 I've bought have been pretty rough. And thats from 3 or 4 different vendors. I'm sure theres some decent deals and decent brass to be found on there but I'm tired of looking for it. From now on it's brassmanbrass or someone equivelant for me. Zack
  17. Pat pretty much summed my opinion as well. In case you haven't read it yet, here is the tacked topic on timers. http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14608
  18. I switched calibers a few months ago on my carry gun and sold off all the "stockpile" of carry ammo I had. Took the first box I sold to UPS customer service counter and was told that you have to either be a ffl holder or certified in haz mat to ship it. We argued a bit and she went and asked the supervisor and came back with the same answer, no.
  19. I can vouch for the Ridgeways. The key is to get a knowledgable person to set it up. It has to be perfectly level to run right.
  20. My wife and two daughters. Everything else is just iceing on the cake.
  21. Thats the same reply I recieved from Chris at STI a few weeks ago. He also added that they could be loaded to around 1.200. Right now I am sticking to the 1.135 until I get it broke in good then I'll play with oal if need be.
  22. WSP's go bang when I pull the trigger and they feed great through my primer mag so ... WSP it is for me.
  23. I use Zero JHP's in my blasters. My Edge doesn't like flat nose very well so I can't use the PD stuff. Plus I get slapped with the State Sales tax through PD (7%). If they ever come out with a JHP I may have to try them though.
  24. Mine does the same thing on occasion. Some days I take it out and it will work fine, the next time I use it I may get a lot of the "Trigger-Screens Together" Error and the next time I use it I may get the Error just upon putting it in Chrono Mode as you are. It is a older XP though. Took it out last week to check some loads and got the same thing so I said the heck with it, packed it up, went straight inside and ordered a CED. I'll use the main unit as a timer so if anyone needs a spare set of skyscreens and 24" mounting bracket let me know.
