  1. It is normally only dangerous if they meet Or theres that .01% chance it could be a good thing.
  2. Size it then measure the inside diameter and let us know what it reads.
  3. Since my front was sitting to the right (from factory) I pulled the pin and moved it to the left and loc-tited it. Probably won't last long but when it comes loose I'll use the set screw method as described above. STI makes great pistols but I really have to wonder about their QC. The rear was also loose when I got it. Kinda stinks to pay that much money on a pistol and have to spend a couple of days fixing what they let slip through.
  4. I haven't had any trouble with the Winchester small primers in the pickup tubes nor the magazine. You are using the correct size tubes right?
  5. One more. Had to crop it off at the bottom (the pic that is) for the sake of children
  6. Lot's of VERY lucky guys here. I'll see what I can dig up
  7. I've never used anything but the Dillon so I can't compare it to another but I have no complaints with it. Works great.
  8. Paint thinner works great as an additive. On a side note: I bought some brass at a gun show today that had been tumbled with cat litter.
  9. I put a jam nut on mine to keep the plastic wing nut from backing out. Zack
  10. Thanks guys. Man I hate to start scratching up a $1800. pistol. I may have to think hard on a Ghost or similar holster. Zack
  11. I know that kydex is pretty rough on blued guns but how does the hard chrome stand up to it?
  12. Is there anyway to adjust the front sight without having to send to a GS? Mine is setting to the right about a 1/16". No big deal really but it annoys me
  13. Looks great! Looks like the Ice magwell took up some of the exposed mag that showed with the STI magwell. I just ordered a Edge this morning so I was just curious. Zack
  14. You mean ONE extra round. You can have 9 in a mag, as opposed to 8 in 45acp. 10 in the mag +1 in the chamber lynn Where are you getting 10rd 9mm mags? I'm curious as well. I've heard the .38 super mags would work but how reliable are they in the 9?
  15. Yea, I use the Pact with PAR times. Was just wondering if anybody used anything different other than a that.
  16. Just curious as to what most people used to time their draws, reloads, etc.. during dryfire?
  17. Ordered the 771's and received them a couple of days ago. Very well made and I really can't see how the mags could easily fall out. The only thing I see is the tension screws may need some loctite to retain them as when they are adjusted to where I get a smooth release the screws feel like they could back out really easy. Or maybe instead of loctite, just remove the washer at the head of the screw and replace it with a rubber o-ring to help retain it. Thanks for the info on these. Zack
  18. Proven time after time that "once a thug, always a thug".
  19. Use at your own risk of course. 3.4 Clays 124 Zero FMJ WSP 1.145 Avg. Vel. - out of 5" Trojan 9mm - 994
  20. No temps but gives you an idea nonetheless.
  21. I've never used Clays with a 147gr but it works pretty good with the 124's. Not quite as accurate as the Titegroup I've been using.
